First time using Always Prompt today, Sam called before he arrived, arrived on time, was lovely and polite and fixed the machine in no time at all. Sam is an asset to the team and I will definitely be using this business again.

Fantastic service. Sam came out to diagnose our dishwasher fault the same day we called. Our dishwasher is, sadly, beyond repair but Sam explained the fault very clearly and gave us a recommendation for a replacement. Much appreciated!

Sam rang to advise he was on his way. On arrival worked promptly with a friendly manner. On completion of the job gave advice of how best to use the oven and that the smell was of no concern it was just the new element coating. Would recommend service.

Oven fan was very noisy and we sought 3 quotes. Had 2 replies - one was a simple email with costs and the other was a phone call from Always Prompt seeking further information so they could provide a more personalised service. Their cost was virtually the same so they got the job.
Shanan checked he could come early. From his experience he said it would be an element problem not a fan problem ... and he was spot on. He even brought in the correct replacement element.
Shanan had very high customer-focussed service, was friendly and efficient.
