Do not order. Clothes are made with cheap materials and if you want to return good luck. They don’t provide returns so you would have to pay for the return…expensive.. and it’s impossible to get your refund. I paid for the return $111 and still have not received my refund and it’s been over a month. The worst clothing company I’ve ever dealt with.

Absolutely terrible customer service — avoid this company at all cost.
I ordered a dress from Amari The Label, and when it arrived, it did not fit my daughter and she was extremely disappointed with the style and quality. I contacted the company simply requesting a refund in accordance with their stated return policy.
What followed was an absolutely ridiculous and exhausting experience.
Instead of simply honoring their return policy, they repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the dress for a 10% refund, then offered discounts toward purchasing another dress. I declined both offers. I did not want another dress or a discount — I wanted the refund their own return policy indicated I was entitled to.
After numerous emails and an unbelievable amount of wasted time, they finally agreed to a full refund — but only if I paid approximately $59 out of my own pocket to ship the dress back.
After all of this back-and-forth, I finally agreed to accept a 30% refund simply out of frustration and exhaustion from dealing with this company. I was willing to take the loss just to be done with the situation.
And then, unbelievably, after agreeing to the 30% refund, they sent me another email asking me to provide my order number, email address, phone number, and complete address — information they already have because I ordered directly from them and we have been communicating through the same email chain.
This is beyond frustrating.
A simple return/refund has turned into an absurd customer-service nightmare. The amount of unnecessary back-and-forth, repeated requests, attempts to avoid issuing the refund, and additional hoops to jump through is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Amari The Label. The product may look good online, but when something goes wrong, their customer service experience is incredibly frustrating.
For me, this was not worth the aggravation, the wasted time, or the money.
One star is more than I would give based on this experience.

I strongly regret purchasing this dress.

The quality is extremely poor and absolutely does not match the photos shown on the website. The dress I received looks completely different from what is advertised. The fabric in the hip/buttock area is visibly uneven, with obvious vertical lines and irregular, inconsistent weaving. It looks defective and is not wearable.

The website says that damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned and that the store covers the return shipping. However, my actual experience has been completely different.

I have sent multiple emails, provided photos showing the defect, and explained the problem clearly. Instead of simply processing the return and refund, I keep receiving polite responses while my refund is still not being resolved. There has been no straightforward exchange or refund process as advertised.

The product photos on the website also do not accurately represent what I received. The images appear highly edited and/or digitally enhanced, and the actual dress looks significantly different in person.

This has turned into an exhausting back-and-forth just to return a defective item and get my money back.

My advice: be extremely careful before ordering from this store. Do not rely solely on the beautiful website photos or the promises about easy returns and exchanges. My experience has been poor quality, a defective product, and a very frustrating return/refund process.

I am posting this review so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here.

dresses are made so cheap, returns are an absolute disaster and sizes run WAY larger than the size chart says. they have 0 accountability. so disappointing and i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

They are a scam. The dress was sent to me did not looked like the picture at all. I emailed then and they were adamant that the dress is the same….. yet on same email they are telling me they have different variations of the dress. Then had the nerve to offer a 10% refund of the total price of dress. The dress feels cheap also. Save your money, dont buy for them. Force to give then a 1 star as they deserve a 0 or below.

Terrible communication with shipping not following through with what the return order says online. Got a white dress. It’s completely see-through and sequins and when I pulled it out of the bag 15 sequence fell off and per their website. It says they pay for refunds if there’s a damaged item but really they do not.

Ordered two “Celestial Sequin Mini Dress” dresses ($122.85, June 2026). The product name includes sequins and the photos show a dress that appears to have them — the dresses arrived with zero sequins and in thin, poorly constructed fabric nothing like the listing. That’s frustrating but the return process is the real problem. I requested a return the day after delivery, inside their 14-day window. Their own policy says they cover return shipping for incorrect items. Instead I got weeks of runaround: escalating “just keep it” offers of 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, then 40% off to avoid a real refund; conflicting return addresses in Shenzhen that contradict their “one central department store” story; a warning that a returned package “may result in the destruction of your package”; a refusal to send the prepaid label their policy requires; and a claim they couldn’t even locate my order after I sent the order number, email, address, and receipt. At one point, after I had withdrawn my earlier acceptance and asked for the full amount, they emailed that I was still “accepting” the partial refund. The carrier was Yanwen. This is a dropshipping operation presenting itself as a boutique label. They only ever refunded 30% of my money, so I disputed the rest with my bank. Document everything and dispute the charge — don’t wait.
