Amazing Wristbands Avis 384

BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!! I placed an order on 9/3/19. When I was informed of a 6-8 week delay in my order on 9/10/19, I cancelled the order. Following cancellation, I inquired many times about my refund, and no luck. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they unfortunately had to close the complaint because the company failed to respond. Now I am out $250!!

I would choose negative stars if possible. I never received this order in the original 4-6 weeks as indicated for delivery on my July 5, 2019 order. I received an email on July 19, 2019 of another 3-4 week delay with an attempt to upsell to their Houston plant for timely delivery. Then I received an email on August 26, 2019 that after I APPROVED the proofs, which were all incorrect, it would be another 4-6 weeks. I called the company today and was told truthfully it could be 4 months or greater as they switched manufacturers in China. Apparently, their new plant is not even operational and still in training phase and there are over 700 prepaid orders awaiting fulfillment. Funding their new plant by taking orders on false pretenses of fulfillment times that will never be met and delayed for unknown timeframes is illegal. Clearly, this is a combination of a bait and switch tactic to their Houston Plant for a much greater cost and a funding operation for their new plant in China. There was never any intent to deliver originally as in conversation and writing on my July 6, 2019 order in 4-6 weeks, or in the updated email from this company on July 19, 2019 of a delay in delivery of an additional 3-4 weeks, nor even in the incorrect proof email on August 26, 2019 of yet another 4-6 week delay. They have cost me hours of unnecessary work selecting product and colors, correcting their representatives constant errors on my selections, and phone calls trying to get to the truth. The most significant factor is my company is out of necessary wristbands for my operation and I am now two months behind in researching and ordering new wristbands from another company. I will be reporting their bait and switch; plus new plant funding tactics to the States Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and all Social Media. Finally, they have their customer service representatives bearing the brunt of customer fallout as this company negatively impacts the businesses that have trusted and relied upon them to deliver their products in a timely manner. I asked the last representative, Jerry, for a name and contact information of his management team and he is not allowed to give out that information.

Order took longer than expected to come in. Then the writing that we had on the keychain wasn't centered, so when the keychain was looped, you couldn't read the word. I sent a picture of the defective product. The company offered a credit for our next order. Just tried to reorder and the "credit" was a ridiculously low amount and they said it would take 4-6 more weeks to get the product. Buyer beware.

LIED about being accredited by BBB and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered bracelets and was told I would receive them in 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks, and the company not responding to our emails I called the one-man show and was told it would be 3 more weeks. He gave me the option to cancel the order and I said I would think about it. I left a message 2 hours later to cancel the order because I found another company and did not hear back. I then followed up with another call a couple of days later. He said he didn't get my message and that I couldn't cancel the order because he put it in production when I called him a few days earlier. I asked if that is the truth, why didn't he put into production 9 1/2 weeks ago when the order was placed and he said he couldn't be bothered with details. Now I am stuck with twice the bracelets I wanted. The other company I used was Wrist-Band.Com and they had awesome customer service, were cheaper, and I got them in 5 days. After purchase the company explains it can take up to a month and a half to recieve your order. 👎

WARNING!!!! They do not complete the orders but sure do take your money in a heartbeat! I only received 75 of 225 wristbands ordered & after 2.5 MONTHS of empty promises to fulfill the balance, I had to finally demand a refund. SHOCKER!!!! They still have NOT refunded the $ they owe after 3 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS THEY HAVE IN STOCK!!!!

Being an overseas customer meant that our order didn't quite fit the online ordering procedures. Once I had them on the phone, they could not have been more helpful. A great product arrived faster than I'd thought possible.

So far Amazing Wristbands has very poor customer service and can not follow through what they promises on. My very 1st order was several days past delivery date. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and asked if I would see a credit or something for not meeting the deadline with no response other than they would look into it.

My order shows up missing products and I have asked several times for a refund and if I get a reply I am told they are checking with there production department.

This is the second year I have ordered from Amazing Wristbands. Their company name describes them well .....AMAZING WRISTBANDS!!!

Ordering from your company is such a pleasant experience. From designing the wristband on the website, to placing the order, to the amazingly quick shipping from China, it has been a breeze.

In today's world to receive such great customer service is rare. As long as it is my responsibility to order bracelets, I will only order from you all and if my friends, family or co-workers ever need your product, I will highly recommend your company.

This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. It took several attempts to get them to respond to my email and voice messages. Of course that's after they've gotten my money. It took several weeks to deliver my order as opposed to the 5-6 days promised on their site. When I finally received my wristbands, the quality is worst than what a preschooler would have made.

My advice is "DON'T DEAL WITH THIS NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!!!"

Nice website to order wristbands. I needed some for a bachelor party and the result was very nice.
Will defenitively use it again.
