The tech who just visited us replaced…
The tech who just visited us replaced all batteries and tested the system. He also updated the firmware. That was great. But he told us our firmware had not verb updated in years. That should have Bern caught earlier.

The technicians are very nice when they…
The technicians are very nice when they arrive but we have regular issues with our sensors over the past several years and it just doesn’t get diagnosed or resolved in a way that gives us confidence. No one is trying to solve the root cause.
