Been trying to change ownership on the pup chipping that was in my name but nothing there on website to say transfer new ownership and would let me chang my email phone line a are nonexistent no answers emails no replies to ! Joke

Put on hold for a transfer, then put into a recording for a call back. Whilst waiting for the transfer, I was cut off.
I rang back again and was asked to regive all information for re registration, even though I'd registered my pet on line 3 times and had a certificate with the updated information on, sent in an email to me 2 hours earlier. I was sent round in circles online, 3 times, and the having to go through it all again, twice on the phone, it again felt like going round in pointless circles for a process I'd already completed.

Having spoken to several team members my experience was consistently positive, the team went above & beyond to assist myself & my pet with her welfare being their priority which was extremely notable & appreciated.

Our dog had already been chipped but not registered. Im not good with online stuff, but the registration was easy to follow, fill out. Knowing she's now registered gives me peace of mind.

Been trying for a week to get my puppy's microchip details transfered. They do not answer the phone or answer emails.
After finally getting an answer on the phone, I was told they would need to contact the original owner and then they would get back to me, still waiting despite leaving voice messages. My dogs microchip is useless, her previous owners are moving and there will be no contact address if my dog gets lost or stolenl

Registration is easy, cheap and with 4 weeks free insurance thrown in, well worth doing. You can include a piccy of your pet to help if they get lost, as well as a description. This is my second pet registered with them.

Took 4 hrs to pay, payment section disappears when required fields are filled, it's possible that site/ code has been hacked/ modified. £24 per pet. Website slow, chat is no chat, navigation menu is intermittent, 7 day refund guarantee not honoured; transfers pet, closes account, but doesn't refund, after almost 4 weeks of false promises, PayPal dispute required for refund. Can register chip with other sites, which I didn't know at time, some are free, govt site provides an approved list for dogs, it's the same for cats.

Would never have chose this company to chip our pet however was already done. Website is terrible, paid to register pet, no email confirmation sent through, took my £24 instantly but no pet was registered on their system. Had to call to do it all again on the phone despite taking my money out my account 8 hours before this.

Tried to contact you via email, wouldn't send then tried to phone and the number keeps on coming up unobtainable, I need to pay for my registration, but am not getting anywhere, tried paying on line, again no joy!

I work in animal rescue. Had a dog signed over to us, had a few issues with being unable to get through on phone but once I emailed, got a reply, called again, got through & a young man by the name of Tom was super helpful. Dog is now re registered. Will be helpful when the company can set up welfare accounts.

Had to call as I had been scammed when I did it online first. PayPal were great with the refund. Rang Animalmicrochips, they were very helpful, did everything over the phone, explained the process and also the problem they have with a scammer which they are getting sorted out. Thank you

The leaflet is printed small in black or white on a green background - very hard to read: why??

On my first attempt I didn't get my passwords to match (no 'show password' option) so the system threw me right off and I had to start again.

I have taken the free Agria pet insurance option, although perturbed that no price is given for continuing this after the free month is up.
