I have been with Anne Healthcare for over a year now for my daughters medical care. Anne Healthcare have been an absolute lifesaver for us both, I get a friendly face checking in and my daughter gets her medical needs met. In an increasingly hostile world for trans people, Anne Healthcare has felt like a kindly hand guiding us towards a better future. I am forever grateful for what you do.

Anne Health have been a life saver for my daughter. We get reminders and booking forms for all appointments needed and for prescriptions. The team are great, friendly, very patient and understanding , they sort everything out making my life a lot easier.

Everyone is so friendly and professional with my health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything. Regular check ups make sure all is well, and whenever I have to contact them for anything the response is quick and helpful. I'm only a few months in but they've made my journey so far easy and problem free. Thank you so much for helping me be me and feel comfortable doing it!

Very honest and very kind. There are no hidden fees when you sign up. I started my journey with them in the middle of June and I’ve now received treatment for 3 weeks now. If you have questions, most of the time, they answer you the same day. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to use them as a private clinic. Only downside is that it’s a little spenny but I understand it’s a charity.

Started using Anne Health from the beginning of 2026 and have only had positive experiences so far. The staff are all very understanding and actually care for your wellbeing. There is a direct messaging service on the patient portal that allows you to get a human response to any concern you may have, usually within the same day. Can't recommend enough 10/10

Having been with Anne for about 6 months now, I think it's safe to say that I made the right decision in choosing them for my care. The team has been kind, accommodating, and efficient. I honestly don't know if I'd have been able to start my HRT journey without them. Certainly not in such a positive and straightforward manner.

I love Anne, they have provide such kind and human care in my gender transition. They've made it so much easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Despite working at capacity, they’ve really looked after me, from my first nervous phone call to technical questions about prescription renewals. If I were to do it all again it would definitely be with them. They are very professional, but also come across as genuine people who actually care.

Anne Health is an amazing service. All the staff are so friendly and supportive. They go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional gender affirming care. The systems are easy to use, everything is explained to you and appointments are always available when you need them. Anne Healthcare has given me my life. I didn’t realise the extent to which I was suffering every day until I started hormones, and the soul-crushing weight on my shoulders was lifted. I am infinitely grateful for their understanding and support. As a disabled person, they have also taken my needs into account at every step of the way; for example, checking that my nearest blood test centre had level-access, asking if the lift was in service, and arranging a home blood test instead at no extra cost when they found out the lift was broken, all without me having to ask for a single concession.

Over the past six months since I have joined Anne Health my life has changed positively as a direct result of the level of care they provide for me.
They always answer any and all of my questions with speed, compassion and in a manner that helps me feel safe and in the hands of professionals.
Every single member of staff I have encountered have been absolutely wonderful and their support for me as I have started my journey has been amazing.

I’ve tried a few times to write this review, but every time I do, I get emotional. I think that says more about what Anne Health has meant to me than anything I could write.

Starting my transition was one of the biggest and scariest steps I’ve ever taken. For a long time, I had carried so many thoughts, feelings, doubts and fears around with me. Taking that first step and finally saying, “this is who I am,” was incredibly difficult — but also incredibly important.

From the moment I started with Anne Health, I felt like I was finally being heard.

The kindness, understanding and support I’ve received have meant so much to me. I’ve never felt judged, rushed or like I was simply another patient going through a process. I’ve felt listened to and treated as a person.

Transition isn’t always easy. There have been times when I’ve felt overwhelmed, anxious and emotional, and times when I’ve questioned myself and struggled with everything that comes with such a huge change in your life. Having people there who understand what you’re going through has made those moments feel a little less frightening.

Anne Health has given me something that I think I needed more than I realised — the reassurance that I wasn’t alone.

I’m still very much on my journey. I’m still learning about myself, still finding my confidence and still figuring out where this road will take me. But when I look back at the person who was so scared to take that first step, and compare her to the person I am becoming now, I feel incredibly emotional — and incredibly grateful.

Choosing to start my transition was one of the biggest decisions of my life, and choosing Anne Health to support me through it was a decision I will always be grateful for.

We moved over to Anne Health after a massive amount of problems with a different provider. From the first call we had with them everything was easy. They are always on the end of the phone whenever we need them (unlike the previous provider) and responsive to emails with a real person answering them and making decisions (unlike the previous provider). Everyone we have come into contact with so far is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and puts our child's best interests at the heart of everything. We can't recommend enough!

I couldn't recommend Anne Health highly enough. As parents of a 16 year old trans son, we were very nervous about the process. The team very compassionately talked us through everything and answered all our many questions. We attended appointments with our son, and kept learning more and more. We've loved all the practitioners and doctors. The small things have been so appreciated - I was so worried about finding a friendly pharmacy, but Anne were able to recommend one in our town. The admin side has been amazing for us, with pre-emptive emails when we need a new script, or appointments need to be made. Our son started medical transition 6 months ago and we can't believe how much of a difference it's made to his life. From seeing no future at all, he's gone to knocking GCSEs out of the park and joyfully planning his life. This is a genuinely life-saving service, and we're so grateful to Anne for braving all the hostility out there, and allowing families like ours to get the help they need to thrive and flourish.

When I was hopeless and sad, I found Anne. Their quick care and genuinely wonderful staff have helped me get my life back on track.

Their care helped me grow more confident, more accepting of myself.

I had another absolutely exceptional experience with Anne Health today, thanks to Freya.

Freya was incredibly patient, reassuring and thorough. They took the time to properly look into everything I asked about rather than rushing through the conversation. They confirmed that my home blood test was booked for 4 September with the same phlebotomist I had a really positive experience with previously, which gave me a lot of reassurance.

They also clearly explained when I should book my wellbeing and medical follow-up appointments and helped me understand which appointment I needed to arrange first. When I wasn’t completely sure about the wellbeing-session arrangements, they took the time to clarify everything properly.

I really appreciated Freya confirming that everything I had shared had been recorded on my account and arranging the transcript of our chat when I requested it.

As someone who communicates much better through text, patient, clear and understanding communication makes a huge difference to me. Freya made me feel listened to, respected and genuinely supported throughout.

All went very well. Had a smooth experience. All staff were extremely kind and understanding, no questioning my answers. I felt heard and understood. After years of my life i started to feel hope for the future again. One i had my prescription we looked around pharmacies seeing who could provide a UK prescription since i wanted that before getting one from overseas. Anne health failed to mention that many pharmacies wouldn't be able to help since it was for someone under 16 even though it was a legal prescription. It would've been extremely helpful to have been told that earlier on during this process.

I've seen fantastic progress with them, initially I was on DIY and they helped me make the change over to their service with no delays or gaps in medication.

Having experienced the money grubbing nature of some other private medical solutions, it's amazing to be in contact with such a helpful team that actually has my interests at the forefront.
