We’ve had a fantastic experience with Anne Health. They have been super supportive, from making time to talk with us 1:1 to answer our initial questions, to getting set up & using their services. When we’ve had 1 or 2 logistical snags (from partner companies, not Anne themselves), the Anne team have been really on it with getting things resolved and back on track. Would (and have) definitely recommend, the team very clearly care about their patients and their actions match this intention.

Anne Health really is doing a fantastic job, their overall process felt so quick. Team is always there for to help out. I got blood test and well being session appointments so quickly, and it only took 1.5 months to get my prescription. I was consulted with Dr Amalia Savvidi.I really want to thank her for help me out. She is excellent, and so friendly and kind, i felt like talking to a friend ,all at ease. She advised me everything properly and gave me helpful answers to my questions. I am confidently recommend anne health to anybody. Thank you.

The company does a great service, i went through the process and i was welcomed, there was something that occured that problematic in regards to my care however they took care of that straight away. I honestley cannot recommend them enough, they listen and they are their for you medically and in general. Definetly not like some providers who just want money and leave you to own devices or take your medication away because problems.

The intake process has been extremely straightforward, especially after experiencing NHS waiting times. I've been treated with kindness, goodwill and useful information which has made engaging with HRT all the easier.

Anne health has been the perfect solution for me, an overall positive experience and speedy based on how long this usually takes, within 4months im able to start HRT and thats with my location being Abit challenging, if you can afford it, it's really worth it as they get results and handle so many headaches for you, always available for questions.

So far, Ive been with them for a couple months and have already received a therapeutic and medical appointment for bloods, to see if i can receive HRT, and a prescription has been issued! They have fast and competent service and im so impressed!

Since I first started using Anne Healthcare, they have been nothing but helpful and informative.
Have consistently put my needs first and nothing has been agreed in regards to medication or other help without a full and open discussion first.
When I needed a letter for my new passport this was done quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss.

Anne Health is a fantastic organisation for those who are seeking trustworthy and caring trans healthcare. The staff are friendly and caring, and you do genuinely feel like you're in the hands of people who know the trans experience.

However, while their website stated they did damage prevention care for those doing DIY, being under their supervision revealed that they didn't have any guidelines for those undergoing DIY at the time. My first medical session with them left me wondering if they'd even continue having me on, because I was told that their insurance potentially wouldn't cover me or something like that. I got correspondence from someone at the head of Anne to tell me that wasn't the case, and that there'd been a misunderstanding.

They'd then organised bloods for me, which I had done, and I never got back to me on the results, even after I sent them an email a month after my blood test requesting any sort of communication. That was when I decided to end my direct debit.

A month after my email requesting communication, they then requested bloods from me again, with no indication that they were aware I'd already had them taken. A little disillusioned, I told them to just cancel my subscription with them and take me off their system.

However, a day after that, I got a call from someone at the head of Anne again apologising for the lack of communication, and they went in great detail about how they want to improve their experience for someone like me who does DIY.

While I did have a negative experience with them, they are committed to providing the best care they can in a country where trans people are heavily discriminated against by the government. They are willing to admit mistakes and failures, and improve on them. For me, in today's world, that's more important than anything.

TL;DR: As a DIYer, I had a bad experience, but they have already committed to improving the experience and contacted me personally to tell me what they are up to. Trustworthy and willing to take accountability.

Anne+ has been an absolute life saver.

For years, I have suffered with depression as a male (now 41). I had spent the best part of my life cross-dressing as a female, and felt feminine growing up, and I never knew trans was an option open to me. That was until the 2020s hit.

I went to my GP initially, believing she could help (she couldn't, and didn't know how to handle me coming out to her as wanting to transition), but after hitting that dead end and sobbing in my car afterwards, I believed the route for transitioning was dead and buried - I work nights, barely scrape minimum wage, and thought it was unaffordable to me.

However, my prayer was answered a week later, when I came across a video on YouTube by the trans YouTuber F1nn5ter - she recommended, through affiliation through her, Anne+

I couldn't search google fast enough and found Anne+ and straight away booked my initial appointments and paid the joining fee - it is cost effective and opened the doorway for my transition!

I am now 5 months in, and I have already noticed my body changing, especially my facial features. I no longer suffer with chronic recurring depression (I guess my brain was supposed to be wired this way!), and I feel so calm in my life now, like everything is how it is supposed to be.

The only negative at the moment is my beard shadow - I totally recommend getting this done first thing within a month or two of starting transition, as the hair slows down massively, and the hairs need to be at least 1mm or 2mm for electrolysis! Don't make my same ongoing mistake!

However, a big bonus is the staff! I have had my medication accidentally thrown away by family, and the staff at Anne+ will make it their mission to get you any emergency Spirolactone or Eostradiol (the estrogen gel) to you right away! They are so friendly (Ellie is amazing), and will offer any help to any questions you have, or help you sort out appointments sooner or later (even if it isn't time yet for scheduled appointments, they will see what they can do!).

I can confirm Anne+ have been amazing and are not a scam! You can even look me up on FB to see for yourself (my before and after photos are public).

You will not regret transitioning - I love it, and I don't care what others may think!

The people at annehealth are really kind, caring and are really supportive.

I was quite happy to find out I could go straight to £50 per month payments as I'd already been trying to self medicated for over two years, which was bad for my mental health and dangerous, but now I'm being monitored by experts. I'm no longer on injections for estrogen and instead using the more consistent patches.

I had already been trying to get care through the NHS for over 4 years, this has been my only option for proper medical help.

After a previous review I thought to myself to be more in-depth about my experience and MTF transition journey with Anne.

I joined Anne a while back I can't remember of the top of my head on the date.

Anne gave me 20% off my membership and sign up fee as I received pip and universal credit due to my autism. I will be forever thankful to the team at Anne for this.

As the wait list for my local GIC was quoted at ten years and the only other private provider cost just too get a so called professional diagnosis was astonishing bad £550 just for a bit of paper to confirm my dysphoria

It only took a month for me to see a therapist Jackie was her name and she was amazing, fantastic and very caring.

The session was for informed consent which was understandable

I was seen then a month latter by a Doctor he was also like Jackie wonder, polite ect I have forgotten his name unfortunately.

The next week I got my first lot of HRT and it has now been nine weeks of estrogen for me and other then the crying (which is normal for trans girls when we first start e) everything has been doing so great.

Anne are the people who truly care if your trans either male or female or non binary than look nowhere else but Anne you won't look back what so ever

I'm not sure any review can truly display how amazing Anne+ really is, and each and every person that work for this company. I've recently finished my intake process, and the way the world is at the moment, what a breath of fresh air it is to have someone actually understand my/others needs. The care and service has been life-saving, and I know that many people, including myself, would not be here today if it wasn't for Anne+. I will be honest I am new to this entire experience, After reading horror stories about NHS wait times and other services I was suprised when I stumbled across Anne Health. I know some people may see the price tag as daunting but when I saw that I was in a lucky place to be able to realisitcally affored it I took the chance and I am so Happy I did. I've only recently completed all my Intake sessions but I have had the easiest, stress free time, from the amazing staff and doctors, the ease of the video calls and especially the most daunting thing for me was my blood tests, but they made it all so easy and accessable. Truely am looking foreward to continue my journing with these amazing people.

I have just had my medical intake session with Dr Savvidi this morning after making the decision to move my HRT support from a different private provider to yourselves. I had heard good things, but I expected the service to be vaguely the same.

Changing to Anne has been the best decision regarding my transition that I could possibly have made. I've now had the pleasure of talking with the admin, nurses, counsellors, and clinical doctors, and every single step of the way, everyone has been so lovely and dedicated to the patients. I thought maybe I'd gotten lucky with incredibly helpful admins and a compassionate and friendly counsellor and that maybe the doctors would be as I was used to - distant/detatched and clinical, but Dr. Savvidi completely turned that on it's head and its clear that absolutely everybody here absolutely has compassion for patients at the forefront.

The timing of everything has been incredible. Compared to the months of waitlists and no contact from other private providers, and the years from the GICs, I expected my onboarding to take a couple months. Looking at when my direct debit was setup, this whole process from applying to getting a prescription code in my hand has taken only a month!

I can't begin to explain how much more supported I feel with Anne. After having my medical intake session today, not only did I have my prescription code by lunchtime, but I also received a letter offering a teaching session on how to safely self inject, as well as links on where to purchase the equipment safely. I didn't expect this at all and it's just another thing that shows how much the process takes patient's thoughts and worries in mind, it was a lovely touch. The admin team are SO fast at coming back to queries and I've already waxed lyrical about how friendly they have been so I won't do that twice, and the option to have the counsellers available, even if you don't forsee yourself needing to talk to them, really makes you feel like you have a good support network around you.

So thank you to Anne as a company, but especially thank you to all of the wonderful teams doing the work on the ground. You've made this very scary experience of changing providers the best choice I could have made, and I'm very grateful for all of your support.

Wow, the level of support you get with these people is amazing. Really really happy with the help and advice I've had with these people. They actually care which is a lot more that can be said for other providers who used to have a monopoly.

Honestly I was, and am, extremely new to all of this. When I heard about a slightly cheaper, faster alternative to finally being able to start my hormones, I jumped at the opportunity and honestly, I have been absolutely thrilled so far. I had so many questions and even though I apologised for asking so many, no-one, whether through an email or video appointment, made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and it made me feel so happy knowing I wasn't being judged. I made my first payment roughly start of February I believe, and come end of March I'll be starting testosterone. The Anne team are incredibly quick at answering my questions and emails and are all so lovely to speak too. It's my first time honestly dealing with anything medical by myself and they've made it so easy going to understand. It's taken me 6 years to even have the willpower to come out to certain friends and family and though I'm not fully there yet, the push of knowing I'd finally be starting hormones has helped tremendously. And the pricing is reasonable compared to a lot of other healthcare providers. I'm thrilled to have chose Anne as my first and I hope to be with them for a long long while
