Miele washing machine repair
Waited a week after first contact which was acceptable, great communication from the contacted repairer, Moor to Sea. Paul arrived and was able to repair a hose that had come astray beneath my washing machine. Great service and highly recommended.

Excellent once you get through to talk to someone about your problem the engineer Patrick friendly and polite fixed my dishwasher no problem
My cleaner was felt unrepairable so I was given a choice of 2 cleaners to choose from and it arrived the next day

Reliable and professional customer service.
I have been with Appliance Serve for a number of years but not had to contact them. I rang today and due to long waiting time I, reluctantly, choose the option for a call back - fearing that there wouldn't be one. Much to my surprise, I received a call back within a few minutes from their employee Fred. He was polite and courteous. He understood my request and actioned it immediately. The matter was resolved within a couple of minutes. I felt very reassured by his professional mannerisms and the companies IT system. Thank you to all involved including the managers and the frontline staff.
