This last service was great because a…
This last service was great because a different tech was sent out. He did a thorough job. However the first and second service were terrible. The service tech did not de web the eaves. He did not spray the eaves for spiders. They broke a vase and spilt a jar of motor oil that was up against the garage. They were in and out in 15-20 minutes on the first service. As long as the tech that came this last service is the one to service my house I am happy.

you were texted 3 times not to show on the the originally scheduled date of spraying as I was unavailable then. Nonetheless, rep showed. Very dissatisfied with lack of communication. Considering dropping monthly for this reason. I expect a cll to reschedule service for inside of home!

The appointment was not kept
The appointment was not kept. No one showed up or contacted me like they usually do to say they are on their way. The only thing I received was an automated text reminding me of the service for that day.
The only follow-ups have been asking me to review my service, which never happened.
