Arenaflowers 

I have ordered flowers for the 30th of May and due to lockdown restrictions I have emailed them asking whether they will actually deliver the flower since they were quite expensive and I don’t want any delay. They haven’t even responded to my email and I think they have cheated me fully. I don’t think I’ll be getting the flowers or a refund as well seeing the reviews about the site here. I completely regret buying flowers from this site and I request all others to not use it as well since they won’t respond to you at all. If you’re reading this arena flowers pls deliver my flowers on 30th May as ordered or issue me a refund. If I don’t get a refund I’ll be filing a case against your site for the inconvenience caused by you. Atleast have the courtesy to respond to my email and let me know the status of the order rather than keeping me in the dark.

Absolutely disgraceful bouquet of flowers ordered from Arena Flowers. This will be the first and definitely the last time I ever use the'UK most ethically sourced florist' 3/4 of the whole VIBRANT BEAUTY ( that is a joke) was thrown away on receipt by my 80 yr old Mum on Mother's day. If they were not already dead or dying they were dried up, crushed or had petals missing. Looked like they had been driven round the globe and back before being dumped on her doorstep at approx 21.30hrs on a Saturday night ( the delivery driver couldn't even be bothered to knock on the door). Absolute disgrace and NOT cheap. Will never ever use or recommend again. Expensive lesson learnt and in the current situation when we are all missing loved ones and relatives on Mother's day especially left feeling cheated and devastated for my lovely Mum. Would have been better buying a cheap bunch from a garage forecourt.

Order roses for Valentine's day on the previous week. Didn't arrive the D-day but 48h later in very poor shape ; moreover they've managed to send 12 flowers....

Customers service refunded me fully, however it was very disappointed.
With so many choice about flowers delivery, it's just a no go.

Very poor service.Ordered approx 2100 item for our anniversary on 14th april 2020.They did not deliever item & not refunded our amount .later on issued coupen to use this amount in one shot & through an oversight we not read there wording & used lesser amount & they forfeited our balance amount.Really poor service & lootu company

Kudos to Mandy and Arena Flowers for the most efficient customer service you are likely to get anywhere. My problem was solved instantly.To be honest the flower quality is first class

Please customers do not order from this website at all - they charge you for the product shown but they deliver inferior flowers to the recipient. When you try to get in touch with the boss- they do not let you to talk to him and they ignore emails and disconnect calls. Very rude staff and disgusting customer service.

If the boss is reading this please be aware that this is happening and you need to provide your staff with further training or just fire them!

A message for Arenaflowers: You can keep my money- but just remember you have literally lost a lot of customers by this act. Won the battle and lost the war. You should be ashamed of cheating on customers. People like you ruin the image of India and Indians worldwide- dishonest/ cowards/ cheaters/ untrustworthy! Shame on you.

No refunds offered for the ridiculous service

I ordered a bouquet combo with balloons and cake - only cake and a dairy milk got delivered and that too at the end of the day - rubbish
So upset!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered 'The Friendship' flowers and even though the service was fast, the flowers were half dead and looked like a bunch I could of brought for £10 from a supermarket. For the price I paid £29.98, I'm gutted. The flowers were for my mum to bring her some colour and love on the 1st year anniversary of her mother's (my nans) passing.

Ordered orchids for a Birthday, received on the requested date, BUT the flowers were in a condition that it could be thrown straight into the waste bin!!
Felt cheated and really sad.

Don't place order from arena flowers and Save yourself from the frustration and embarrassment. Ordered a Valentine combo bouquet (15 roses + some chocolates and a teddy) from UK. To be delivered on 14th Feb between 8 to 4pm. They never delivered the order on 14th Feb. But I did received an email that the order is delivered...Liarssss. The delivery was done on 15th Feb at around 6.30pm The roses (total 11) were almost in decaying condition. The order Contacting arena flowers is the biggest headache The call to helpline number never got contacted.... Tried at least 40 times....

Pathetic service..

Pathetic sand hopeless service. Order was for Valentines day. They charged extra for the same. But, delivered the order on 16th and the flowers were not even fresh.

They have no right to charge extra in name of Valentine day if they cannot provide service on the same day.

Fresh flowers is the basic expectations from their end.

Will neither be using their services again nor would recommend to anyone.

Had ordered flowers to be delivered on 16 February in the morning hours on my mothers birthday. No flowers and their number don't seem to be valid.No contactable number. Don't even know if it will get delivered at all. No way to track the delivery at all. Is this an online fraud? Anyone got any genuine number? More reasons for me to never believe these online businesses

This is the most horrible website for those who wants to send a lovely surprise to their loved ones. I had booked 2 orders on 13th Feb 2020, one for my husband (for Valentine) and the other one for my sister in law (for her Wedding Anniversary). No one really bothered to answer the customer support call center or either at the email beside having made around 100 calls and writing several mails.
Most importantly they are not trustworthy. None of my orders were delivered timely, both of them were scheduled to be delivered on 14th whereas one got delivered at 9PM beside the scheduled time between 8AM to 4 PM and the other order which was supposed to be delivered anytime before 9PM on 14th was not even attempted to be delivered. They themselves rescheduled to be delivered on 15th Feb. when i asked them to cancel the order since it did not serve the purpose anymore, they did not have to curtsy to apologize.
My advise to all users is not to TRUST these FRAUDSTERS for any of the auspicious occasions when you would want to send special surprises full of love to your loved ones. It was the worst ever experience.

Very poor customer service. Have ruined my Valentine’s Day . My husband has already paid money for red roses but I have not received anything till date. Order no #AR100445245. Very disappointed. Pls alert your friends not to order from this website. They don’t even pick up call. Poor poor service.

The worst site i have ever seen. Arena flowers ruined my surprise to my girl friend on rose day. And payment was taken before only, they said delivery will be done before 8pm. No responce from customer care, the worst site i never ever seen before.

ArenaFlowers is one of the worst websites to order from and one of the worst customers' services.
I ordered the flowers for my wife as midnight delivery to surprise her for a special occasion and they ruined the moment since no one came.
When speaking to the customer care, their associate, Davis (arrogant girl...grrr!!) told that nothing would be refunded since you order 10:15PM which is a cut off time for the delivery (it comes as a small note somewhere on the side).
On asking why did the system or software accept the request on the first place and why didn't I even informed by msg or mail, she had only a platitude to mention "it was clearly specified and your money will not be refunded".
I would like to know if they have no idea on how to service the customers, why did they even open up a business. And why don't they train their associate on how to talk to customers and not to challenge them that their money will not be refunded, It's a worst experience ordering from them. Save your money

Arena flowers are the best!! Thank you so much Arena team.. You made my mother's birthday very special!! I ordered roses with diary milk from Canada for my mom at Ernakulam.. It was delivered within 2 hours in excellent condition.. Despite the heavy rain there..
For people looking for ordering from Arena, have no doubt, they are awesome.. Do not fall for negative reviews.. I had very pleasant experience with them.. And I will be using their services again for sure!
