The worst service I received till date is from Arena flowers.
They couldn't deliver a midnight order and when I asked they say the receiver didn't receive call, but actually my friend didn't get any call.
Incase my friend's number was not reachable they should have called me or informed me atleast.
They just don't care if a customer is really getting the service.

This is bring to your notice that undersigned have ordered cake and flowers on 24 May 2017 which is to be delivered in Lucknow. After payment I got a call that the set of flower which I have chosen is not available that's why it is been replaced with another one. After same thing was delivered at home it was found that cake was not fresh and also taste sour so does the flower quality it looks like 100 Rs flower bouquet but for all these bogus things I have to pay around 1650 Rs. This kind of cheating and fradulaent practice will cost you in near future.

Very unsatisfactory, dried and wilted flowers delivered a day late
I had ordered the 'Floral Garden'- a beautiful arrangement of roses and chrysanthemums in a wooden basket, from arena flowers for my Mom's birthday. However, they did not deliver it on the day I had asked them to. So, she did not get the flowers on her birthday. They delivered flowers the next day, bit it was nothing like the product description they had online. They gave a bunch of dried and wilted Gemanthi flowers stuck on a green sponge, instead of in a wooden basket as promised. This was very annoying and disappointing, and I called and emailed their customer service, but with no use. They kept telling me to wait, so that they could check with their team, but did not do anything to rectify this, or give me a refund. Please don't order from here...
