powerful tools, though slightly overwhelming for beginners
there's no deniying this platform is packed with top-tier AI capability, but as a total newcomer, i found the interface a little overwelming initially. having so many models and generation settings available upfront can be intimidating if you just want something quick and simple. it's a great tool once you master it, but the initial learning curve is definately there.

feature-rich platform with a bit of a learning curve
the site offers an insane ammount of powerful tools and model options, which is amazing, but it was honestly a bit complex for me to figure out at first as an older user. there are just so many features and toggles to tweak! once my nephew showed me around, i realized how capable it is, but it might take begginers or seniors a little time to get used to the depth of options.

Not good. Over time your money buys fewer and fewer credits. Impossible to see how to reduce payments or cancel your subscription.
Image generation frequently fails and then, sometimes, you are not refunded properly.
Avoid and try an alternative.
I can't reply to their reply so I will put the information here:
I cannot see any of the options they claim are there (I have screenshots but I cannot show them on Trustpilot).

Its not easy to cancel, but possible. You have to go under your profile, scroll all the way down to ADVANCED SETTINGS. Click "MORE" then click the 3 dots on the right.

Scam website I was in a rush so I didn’t look into it. Put my card in and am now getting multiple charges. No idea how to cancel they changed the interface of the website so now I am unable to even login. I had to close my card. I have no idea what to do. Terrible scam I hope they gain some morals and shut down this website.

Beware the Payment Models. They are deceptive
I tried Art-Gen AI back in November of 2025. I did their one time payment, which states credits never expire. Apparently, this entered me into a subscription for $22 dollars a month which refreshes your account to 500 credits. They do NOT accrue. Which would suggest they DO expire.
There's no interface on the site to see a subscription. No method to cancel. You have to write them to get assistance. Then they'll cancel the account. Part of this is on me for not being more vigilant and catching it sooner. The only reason I did was because the card declined it for some reason 9 months later.
How did I miss it? 1) The charges were buried among many other charges. 2) I didn't get a single receipt in email. They sent them all too me when I wrote to them, but I have nothing from their payment system. 3) The account itself continued to say Free this whole time. It didn't switch to 'subscribed'.
In any event, without clear interface options to manage your account, and no means of seeing what's happening if their email fails to deliver, it's a frustrating experience to say the least.
But the finale is the fact that I'm writing this staring right at the message when you buy credits: credits never expire. One time payment, no recurring charges. And by the way, I just clicked everywhere and I don't even see a way to opt into a subscription. There are mentions, here and there, but no means of actually doing it.
All around, there are more reputable places than this. LeonardoAI lets you accrue credits. Art-gen seems more interested in just taking money and doing it in a way that's confusing for the consumer to understand.

A bit too complicated for a casual user
Hey, I'm probably not tech-savvy enough to fully use this site, but it is definitely good at what it does. It has a massive amount of tools and deep features, which made it a little too complex and comprehensive for a beginner like me. It can also be on the pricey side, but if you need professional-grade AI art, it’s worth a look.

good site, just too advanced for me

Same deal - bait and switch subscription site
Same deal - charged 2.99 and then 30 dollars on card. Incredibly difficult unsubscribe process. No refunds and after you cancel you lose your credits.
-edited to respond to the ridiculous "response" from this company to my original review. I was not "confused" any more than the other reviewers. The only thing confusing is your unsubscribe process which is obviously designed to be confusing to ensure follow on charging. 16 click throughs and buried options is "a plan" but it is not a customer friendly or consumer friendly "plan". Silly AI generated "we care" responses to the weight and substance of these reviews speak volumes about your operation. I will be watching my card, if you charge it again, I will sue you here in Texas for fraud.

You can’t cancel the subscription , they continue to try and charge you. I can’t find any way to cancel I used apple wallet . Horrible website , will never recommend it ! They should be blocked permanently

No longer need
I had to cancel because I no longer needed this. These days, you hear so many stories about companies that don’t respond, they overcharge, or provide poor customer service. This was not the case with this company. Their prompt and professional reply was truly appreciated. I definitely recommend this company to others. Art gen had excellent speedy service!
