The app saved a lot of time for my creative projects

I use art-gen every day both for work tasks (mostly for creating all kind of ads) and also sometimes for fun - like to put my friend's face into some weird image or to try on different hairstyles. I love that I don't need to switch between different apps all the time and can just do everything in one place. Hope they'll develop even more with time so I as a pro creater I could create even mooooore complex things.

Impossible to cancel! They made it very difficult to cancel and it's intentional. Do not patronise this platform, you will regret it. They also bill weekly and I have been trying to cancel for a whole month!

Ther is no option to cancel subscription. Why is that? Cancel it now!

Appalling. The videos and prompts were terrible. You then couldn't cancel the rolling payments. Emailed 3 times with no reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Also as you won't respond to any of my emails - but assume you'll read this. CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT AND STOP CHARGING ANY MONEY. YOUR SERVICE IS APPAULING.

please cancel my subscription right away, that is very shady that you dont give the option in the website itself

I have tried for multiple days to cancel my service with their support email address. Their website says "cancel anytime", but good luck with that. I have not heard a word from them. With a weekly subscription, there needs to be a way to cancel quickly so you don't get billed again. That is not the experience you will get with this company. I had to contact my credit card company to put a stop pay from this vendor to prevent further changes since no one from support will contact me back. Poor service.

The platform allows you to insert images you'd like to incorporate for better results, but problems surface when attempting to adjust prompts, making it impossible to achieve satisfactory outcomes without using additional credits to regenerate the content. Furthermore, you are required to purchase credits for every generation, even when the movement gestures and sound effects appear uncoordinated or distorted, reducing overall reliability. The subscription setup process appears seamless at first, but suddenly becomes unmanageable, exposing hidden flaws such as the lack of a straightforward cancellation option on the website, an absence that feels almost designed to discourage users from leaving. Additionally, customer service has yet to respond to inquiries, leaving me without support, guidance, or resolution of issues.

Impossible to cancel. Watch out. Bait and switch!

Edit : I was able to cancel, but only via email, which is kind of ridiculous. Also, they still charged me for what was supposed to be a no risk trial. It's still a misrepresentation.
