Absolute Scam of a company signed up on the premise that I would be able to cancel five months later I’ve had to shut my bank account and they have taken over $500. This company is disgusting, the way that it runs itself they should be ashamed. One day they will be judged for their actions.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS HUMANELY POSSIBLE! I have no active subscription yet they still charged me weekly. I verified I have no subscription and emailed the company and never heard a word. I got a new bank card and same thing. So now I need to cancel my bank account which is absolutely insane.

Useful tool for marketers!
I'm a marketing specialist, and I use ArtGen daily to generate images and videos for my work. I love the variety of models and how easy they are to use! I also appreciate the feature of image2video generation, + you can change the ratio and duration of your video.
I've even recommended the tool to some of my colleagues, and they seem to like it as well.

They make it impossible to cancel , keep stealing money .
I wish I found this plethora of one star reviews before subscribing , it says all over the website "cancel anytime" with no way to actually cancel . Emailed support and got no response so money keeps coming out , will have to escalate to bank and legal authorities. On top of all that , the service just said "error we can't do that" everytime I tried to make a picture or video. Worst website I've come across since using a computer in 2005 , must avoid.

Scam site
Used the title of another better company to get business (Titled their webpage as Runway ML despite being entirely unrelated and a completely different company). Also charged in USD despite selling to an Australian consumer and did not specify that it was in USD. Service quality is low compared to other AIs and offers poor AIs that do not create good results. The cancellation process is intentionally long and tedious by not offering a cancellation button within their site, and instead having to go searching for a way to remove the subscription which involves manually emailing the company. They are intentionally misleading in every capacity and aiming to use the strong names of other sites to mislead unsuspecting consumers in an intentionally deceptive manner. They also communicate in a manner which suggests the victims of their scam are somehow at fault despite setting up their business model to do this intentionally. As well as this, they report negative reviews in an effort to prolong the existence of their scam. Whole site is a scam, stay away.

I subscribed to the Elite Weekly Plan… and I want to cancel it but there is no cancel button
I subscribed to the Elite Weekly Plan for $6.99/week to test the platform. While the tool itself works, the billing system is extremely frustrating.
There is no clear option to cancel the subscription from the account dashboard. The profile and billing pages only show credits and purchase options, but there is no visible “Cancel Subscription” or “Manage Subscription” button. This makes it unnecessarily difficult for users to stop recurring charges.
Transparent billing and easy cancellation should be standard for any online service. I strongly recommend the company improve the account management and make the cancellation process clear and accessible.
Until then, users should be cautious when subscribing.

If I can give 0 stars, i would. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL! I have been charged weekly. Please cancel my subscription- ABSOLUTE scam. I have read your reply to others and it is auto generated with no real results. Stop charging my card and make it available on your website to cancel instead if trying to frustrate the customers. This is absolutely fraud!!

Weekly surprise charges, nightmare cancelation
Terrible results, you would getter better results with any other GenAI page. They are very sneaky with charges, they charge you weekly!! And you can't cancel on their page, you have to send an email and wait ages for them to reply. Horrible horrible product.

SCAM! Unable to Cancel Payments| DO NOT USE!
I used this site once and cancelled after finding something that suited my needs better. Unfortunately, they have continued billing me weekly and I tried using a stop-payment with my bank that didn't work. Ultimately I had to cancel my debit card and request a new one so they couldn't keep billing me. I double checked the website which says I don't have an active subscription but this still happened somehow. Do not use this scam site.

Videos are awful. Once generated you are charged regardless of results. They say "cancel any time" but there is no cancellation function. Avoid at all costs.

False "satisfaction" claim, horrible service, horrible renderings
My experience with Art-Gen.ai was extremely disappointing. The website is incredibly slow and feels like something from the early days of the internet — navigating it honestly reminded me of a poorly designed 1990s MySpace page. Pages lag, features take forever to load, and the overall platform feels outdated and unfinished.
Customer service was just as bad. Getting help was slow and frustrating, and the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they make it surprisingly difficult to cancel the service. The process feels intentionally complicated and far from user-friendly.
They also promote a satisfaction guarantee, but in my experience they do not actually stand behind it. When I attempted to resolve my concerns, that guarantee meant nothing and no meaningful support was provided.
Between the slow website, poor customer support, and the difficulty canceling, this was one of the most frustrating online services I’ve dealt with. Do not end up on this site by accident. They try to get you on their site by using SEO to steal from much better AI sites.
Edit to reply: As I told you via email if you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and dont stand by it, you are misleading your customers. You have to use the product to be able to be satisfied or not. Your product was by far the worst I've encountered in AI ever which HOW lol. I thought oh I can just use any AI website generator. Obviously not. Yours looked like MySpace 07. Your service and product are horrible, otherwise I wouldnt have taken the time to write my first ever review here on trustpilot. Obviously by your rating... others agree. Don't waste your money here folks!
