Electrical problem
Craig was the engineer that came to my Mother's house today. Craig has been to the house on a prior occasion and much like the first visit he was prompt, professional, extremely polite and courteous.

Craig was prompt and polite.
I have very little respect for A Shade greener Maintenance as a company, but that does not mean that's the engineers working for them are not good working people.
Craig from this company was prompt and polite, here quickly found the problem and resolved it, he also cleared up some fallen loft insulation before completing the work and departing.

Craig 👍 Highly Recommend
Great first experience with a shade greener engineer today, Craig phoned me the day before confirming time he would arrive and turned up exactly on time 👍 and he was fully prepared for his visit.
If anyone gets the chance to have Craig as their engineer he is a top bloke, pleasent to have a conversion with and excellent at his job also explained everything he had done which he didn't have to, also he is very fast but at the same time leaves you with a very high standard of work.
