Although I have 'yet to make a final decision about the transformation of my current en suite bathroom, I would like to say just how thorough, professional, informative and helpful Russ Cockling has been today. The redesign was illusrated to scale during the visit. Russ had samples of the flooring and cladding for me to examine and itemised equipment was illustrated in the comprehensively illustrated catalogue that Russ had brought. Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. From the office checking in daily to see how it was going and from the installer stu who was fantastic in fitting a new bathroom and doing a brilliant job for my grandmother who is extremely happy with how it has turned out. Would highly recommend!

Great service.
From the start we were kept up to date right to the finish .John the fitted was brilliant, helpful polite and great at his job .Rob the sales man was great he explained all the showers we could have along with tiles showers . Along with Kim from the office who kept in touch brilliant experience.

Montana walk in Bath with spar and chromatherapy light…
From the first contact on the telephone to the bath fitter completing the install everyone was friendly, helpful and very professional in all that they did, firstly we had a visit from P Attwell from sales who gave us a demonstration of what baths and options were available for my wife and I could choose from and he went to the bathroom to see if our choices were compatible with the room and he drew up a plan of the bathroom with dimensions and existing sanitary ware and check that there was enough access room to get the bath in place.
This was then followed up by Eddy Murphy who was the surveyor and he double checked everything and worked out the rout for the electric cable and as we have a stair lift he made sure there was enough room for the fitter and electrician were able to carry the bath upstairs safely.
As this is a spa and an electric raising and lowering seat walk in bath it had to be manufactured to order which was done quickly .
On the day of fitting, the bath and the fitter Toby both arrived on time as well as the Electrician Bret.
The bath was in place and connected to the power by early afternoon and the next day the job was almost complete, on the third day Toby came back to fit the new shower screen and a few bits of silicone sealer.
Both Toby and Brett cleared up all of the Rubbish as they went along and left the house spotless.
Eddy came to check that all was going well on the second day and after the job was finished to make sure we were completely happy and said to contact him if we had any problems at all.
Finally we contacted Rachel at head office to make the final payment over the phone.
Everything was quick and easy, great job. would recommend Assistive Bathing

Great communications
Great communication from start to finish. All appointments were attended at the time booked. The fitters Ricky and Anthony were really helpful. They kept me appraised of progress at various times and at the end of each working day they left the worksite clean and tidy.

On the whole a very good experience
On the whole a very good experience , some confusion on the first day which was sorted out by our Fitter Alex and the office Team Rachael ,Christine and Frankie .Have to mention a big Thank You to Alex our Fitter who went above and beyond what was required to get the job done and completed to our requirements ,superb . Follow up team have been very good during the duration of the job .collection of surplus material and waste accumalated was also very good .would recommend this company without hesitation .Andy sales and Steve surveyor also need mentioning very good service.

Very expensive, poor job
Very expensive for an unfinished poor quality job. The bath and room were small and a fall risk to the 95y old lady. A survey and promise of satisfaction were done. I was shocked at the price. It was more than I had paid for a complete kitchen renovation by Wickes. All that was done was a bath out. A floor level shower tray fitted. A sink fitted that looked about right for a doll’s house. Finish was non dire. Almost definitely subbed out to a local trader who was awful. Rough edges, poor alignment, plaster surfaces left untreated. They sent someone else to poke at things when we complained. They stuck on some cheap, thin, wall trim. Poorly cut and again not finished well at all. The family wouldn’t allow me to ‘sort’ the problems they left - by recontact. It has nagged me ever since.
So for 10k. A tiny sink and a bath removed and replaced with a low tray. Certainly nothing like the highly repetitive adverts showing young fit people using assisted bathing and shower cubicles in beautifully designed and finished bathrooms. The reason they can do so many is due to the excessive prices they charge for the product they provide.
I’d say about 3k of product and work was done for the 10k charged. If you use them pay nothing other than a securing deposit until the job is done. They shouldn’t be asking 50%, that’s a real red flag in my opinion. (Date is wrong, I can’t recall it)

From start to finish this company…
From start to finish this company delivered on every level. The initial booking of a demo, the rep, Scott, who explained everything in detail including having examples of the various parts of the shower. The order process was easy and the ladies in the office were so helpful ensuring everything went smoothly. The fitting went great too - had a small delay but not the fitters fault. Customer service has been exemplary with regular contact to ensure everything was going to plan and we were happy. Would highly recommend this company much better than others we had quotes from
