The communication was great, The chap who installed it all was absolutely brilliant, we were told by the salesman that we were not being charged fvor the light, but according to the surveyor we had been. Mentioned it to the team on the phone and had not had any response, they did say they were going to check it out.

A tricky start but an amazing finish!
Atrickytime to start improvements due to weather conitons. But rescheduling meant we had Nick Turner, such a fantastic, patient, meticulous fitter. Mind you,reading reviews it seems that all AB fitters are handpicked for their superb talents.
Poor old Nick even had to deal with severe toothache in our bit of a backward town plus having to replace underfloor joists. Man deserved a medal.
Amazing quality right to finish and great communication.
Sharon had both personal and organisational probs but came smiling through at this awkward climatic time!
Unfortunately though surveyor was brilliant in agreeing with our realisation that dimensions needed to be changed (length of shower in small bathroom), we all failed to realise that USP "strippers' pole" that we all laughed about, could not then be accommodated, but a refund is on the way. Thanks agsin Admin!

Excellent work
I wanted a walk-in shower but was advised that an 8" plinth would be needed including a 4" step. However, Warren (the Welsh Wizard) was able to re-route pipes and has provided me with a stunning walk-in shower. The time estimate for the work was four-five days but Warren completed it in a day and a half. The quality of the work and fittings are excellent and both Warren and the customer service team kept me well informed at every stage.

The whole process of converting the bathroom was made very easy for us and the work of the fitter Warren Morgan Jones (aka Welsh Wizard) was faultless throughout. We are delighted with the result. It took 6 weeks from first visit to completion!

With the caspian shower.
The whole experience was excellent.
From planning to installation and removal of waste.
The team communicated well throughout and everything went as planned.
Warren installed our unit and you couldn’t get a harder worker. He is a very tidy worker and installed the whole shower to a very high standard. He kept us informed of his progress throughout.

Shower fitted March/April 2025.In November2025 a crack appeared in the shower tray
Iinformed Assitive Bathing. Eventually they got back to me. They informed me to take the tray out iwould be charged £3500 +. If it was deemed no fault of theirs or the tray supplier iwould be charged another £3500+ to have it replaced. Yet their guarantee states all parts and labour are guaranteed for a year. It doesn't say unless a crack appears in the shower tray

Had a walkin shower fitted by Warren, excellent from start to finish. He was very thorough in every detail and went the extra mile by modifying the drain to opposite end of the tray to eliminate need for a plinth. Quality of workmanship and materials first class. Materials quality is reason we went with this company.

Great Service
From start to finish this company delivered on every level. The initial booking of a demo, the rep, Rebecca explained everything in detail including having examples of the shower and flooring and wall covering. The order process was easy and the ladies in the office were so helpful ensuring everything went smoothly. The fitting by George and Mel was exceptional they were reliable and efficient leaving everything clean and tidy. Customer service has been good with regular contact to ensure everything was going to plan and we were happy. Would highly recommend this company.

First class from first 'til last!
From the first sales visit, I felt confident that I was dealing with professionals who cared about me and my needs. The whole experience was as good as it could be. Dave Mud, my fitter,arrived on time on each day and told me what would happen on that day and at what time he expected to leave. He was an incredibly tidy worker, covering areas around the work site every morning and uncovering them again before he left. Apart from being a skilled worker he was also a delightful man. It was a pleasure to have him around.
After each day's work, Kim phoned to ask how I was coping with all the disruption and if I was happy with progress. My answer was always 'yes' and Kim always seemed genuinely pleased that I was having such a good experience.
I am thrilled with my new shower. It is exactly as I hoped it would be. I will have no hesitation in recommending Assistive Bathing to my friends. In fact, I would go so far as to encourage them to future-proof their bathrooms as I have done. No sense in waiting until you need it when the whole experience is such a positive one.
