Very positive from start to finish. Instead of the expected "I can't do because" claptrap you nearly always get when a fitter turns up having never seen the job, Warren just cracked on and sorted the bathroom from the minute he walked into the house. Never needed to think of anything as he sorted himself and offered excellent advice. I wish there was a cuddly toy version of him I could give the grandchildren. Top Marks!

New Bathroom or easy access
I have in the past had bathroom upgrades but the attention to detail given by Assistive Bathing has far excelled any previous work
From quotation to fitting liaison was outstanding by members of the staff and even to collecting of the waste today all clear now and ready to go

Tony the plumber took great care of the installation and kept me informed of detail progress, any questions were welcome and answered.

Everything was done promptly and efficiently. Done to a high standard. All concerned were friendly and helpful.
Rachel was friendly and kept us updated. Derek was efficient helpful advised us there would need to be a slight change in position. Jack did a superb job and wen above and beyond.

Great company, great service, great products.
Assistive bathing are a lovely company to deal with. I found them on FaceBook and from the first call they were very friendly and efficient to deal with.
Eddie came out and walked me through the process, had a look at the bathroom and drew up a rough plan complete with showing me samples of the finish.
Technical Eddie came out about a week later, checked under the existing bath (pipework central) and created a more detailed plan. Both plane came with CAD renderings of what the final shower room would look like.
Still within a month of the original call, I had Dave the fitter come and do the needfull. All the supplies arrived on the first day slightly after Dave came in.
All told, more than happy with the service and great value for money too.

Disappointed to say the least
Wanted to charge my Mum £13,500 for just the bath and aqua board around the bath area! Absolutely shook! Is this yet another company wanting to take advantage of the elderley/ill? I dont know but honestly this is exorbitant! No wonder the prices arent available online!

Walk in Shower specific to my needs
The fitter Warren worked constantly and consulted with me at every stage. He produced a first class bathroom which suited my needs perfectly. I would recommend this fitter to anyone you could not have found a more obliging person. He put in a full day's shift and did not stop for long food breaks.
The whole process from first contact to completion took less than 4 weeks and I was consulted at every stage.

The fitter Wayne helpful, courteous, professional.
Salesman made errors that later required more expense and time to resolve. He implied the company did everything when in fact they employ sub-contractors. Company communication with sub-contractors caused some problems. Office staff helpful especially Sharon.
