Love my new Astra strap band for my…
Love my new Astra strap band for my FitBit. Have left it a good couple of weeks to review to use it and see how it is. Firstly the sweat and blistering has gone that was caused by the rubber FitBit band, I have quite sensitive skin so was worried the nylon strap wasn't going to work but it's been brilliant! Its like I'm not wearing it and I love the pale blue colour. I'm going to order another colour now I know it works, so pleased with it and it looks really high class and is lovely quality.

Exactly as described.
Easy to find the style of strap I was looking for, in fact there are so many to choose from that narrowing it down is hard. Easy to order and very good pricing with a decent delivery timescale. The strap itself is of good quality and as described. It is quite a long strap for a small wrist and can get caught on clothing as it wraps around a lot. Although water and sweat proof, in the hot sweaty weather the strap slides on your wrist, but at least it dries and can be cleaned easily. I will absolutely be buying more straps from this company.

Great choice and good value . Easy ordering and quick delivery. Fitting strap to the watch was so easy. Fits and looks really smart . So comfortable to wear much prefer to my original watch strap which had at times a sweaty odour.

Great experience re communication and customer service
Good experience re communication and speed of service, however the original strap I purchased is awful.I ordered the Lacertus Rugged Silicone Sports Strap - Titanium Black / 49MM. It’s hard, pinches, made my wrist sore and after one week smells awful. Shame as the strap itself looks amazing. Having been contacted by support they been exemplary trying to deal with the problem. I have been offered a replacement and fingers crossed the strap I choose will be comfortable. Thank you Astra for dealing with this swiftly and professionally.

Stay Away. Ordered a 49MM Apple watch strap. Not close to photos and Carbon fibre detailing hardly visible. Takes a month to be delivered as this is overseas and not an AU company. Wanted to give them another go - so ordered a 49MM case and another magnetice Strap. Realised I ordered an incorrect strap size and got it contact with them through email in 30mins of ordering. 24 hours later sent they an email that they will correct the order as no price difference. Another 24 hours gone and they couldn’t change the size and it was already shipped and would take a return once arrived. Arrived on 35th day - so I don’t qualify for 30 days return. Moreover the strap was no way near the colour showed in pictures on website. Now the other ordeal - Apple watch case is not made to size. Managed to get it on but didn’t like the colour as it is gloss black and not subtle like in the photos. Wanted to get it remover and not able to remove it due to it being too tight. Ultimately will have to use tools to remove it which will cause damage to my immaculate watch. No wonder why these are always 50-60% off. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their website and they only approve reviews which they like.

Abysmal experience with this company. I ordered a screen protector for my watch, it took ages to arrive and then it was faulty (not touch sensitive as advertised). I emailed them straightaway to ask how to return the cover and get a refund. That’s when it all went wrong. After 13 emails backwards and forwards, they still wouldn’t send me details of return. I had to send photos of the watch, a video of why it wouldn’t work…. They kept telling me what a valued customer I was, it needed further investigation etc etc etc. Repeatedly thanking me for my patience (exact same words with each email).
I then realised that although trading as a UK company, they were in fact based in the US. I think half the replies were AI generated.
Their customer service is dire… keep well away.
