Good customer service reached out…

Good customer service reached and quickly resolved an issue I had. Delivery was smooth and I received the item fairly quickly despite it being a delay heavy period and an internationally shipped package.

Failure to deliver product or communicate

Order was sent laced 9 days ago. I have received no notification of shipping, no estimated date of delivery & no reply to my email enquiry. My16 year old daughter saved her own money to make this purchase & is disappointed in your customer service. Poor experience & still no product delivery.

My daughter loves the jeans so we ordered a second pair, she ordered the wrong size a second time (her fault) but we bought these in Australia but to return it is UK address , worked out to be not worth it as too expensive ..I would love to see a less expensive easier return.

The quality is very disappointing

The quality is very disappointing. I expected something like Levi’s, Wrangler, or Rollas… but it is far inferior.
Also, the sizes are totally wrong, much smaller and inconsistent between different models.
The designs are nice.
And when I returned the items, the fee was $30.00.
I only kept one top that looks good.
But overall, very disappointed.
