Arrival date same day as returns closed
Well my package arrived on the day the time limit ran out for returns. The jeans were a gift so if they didn’t fit (thank god they did). My friend wouldn’t have gotten a present and I would have spent a bunch of money that went no where

I live in Australia and ordered a pair…
I live in Australia and ordered a pair of jeans using your size guide. They were too short so I went to return them and it was going to be $48 AUD which was almost half of the price of the jeans. I’ve since had an email stating that you now ship within Australia, contacted the Australian website to ask if I could return to them and they said that I could only return to the UK. I was hopeful for a better outcome but unfortunately didn’t get one.

No australian return address beware postage costs My kids order these jeans all the time…
My kids order these jeans all the time and now the return post is in the UK and cost 50 dollars to send!! With changing styles, their measurements change. Without a local Australian return address motel rocks is no longer an online store I would recommend for Australians.

Sizing is terrible
Size guide does not make any sense. Ordered 24” size, which was way too small. One size up to a 26” waist ended up being about 5” bigger, so now I have to pay extra to get them altered, as returns are incredibly expensive.

Less then 1 star - 0 if I could
Less then 1 star, would give zero if i could. Was needing the outfit i ordered for an event and now had nothing to wear due to lack of communication I have run out of time to source another outfit as I assumed my one from you was on the way. I had to contact the postal service and you for support wasting my time on hold and writing emails all to just get a refund. I also paid express shipping to get it in time and then it just never came. I was also never given the option to reorder any items from my order told that some where out of stock however I may have been interested in store credit or purchasing another outfit however this was not even offered to me, Really poor and I will not be ordering again, this has never happened with other online shopping brands super disappointed.

Off colour and different sizing.
I ordered two pairs of jeans in the same size, however they both fit my body completely different, with one being too big and long (the ‘cream’ pair) and one that fit just right (the light blue). Additionally, the cream jeans that I ordered were a completely different colour than advertised, being a more brown in hue. I also compared this to my flatmates same pair of jeans in the exact colour and the colouring was majorly off and completely not what I was expecting!
