Hugely expensive returns fees, which makes it almost impossible to make it money back. Slow to no customer service unfortunately.

The siding was inaccurate
The siding was inaccurate. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in the same size and they fitted me completely differently. Both were too big.

Quick delivery and the product appears…
Quick delivery and the product appears to be of good quality. Unfortunately, way too big which was a bit disappointing as we checked measurements against the sizing guide twice before ordering. However, this is probably more inexperience on our behalf rather than the store information being inaccurate

Colour looks different in person to website
The Jeans we purchased do not look the same colour in person as it does on the website. We are in Australia and it will cost $60 to return fur refund (with no guarantee it would even arrive/get delivered in the UK - we had to sign a UK customs declaration avkieledhing this). Not worth spending $60 on it so now we are stuck with unwanted product.

I will definitely be buying from Motel Rocks again!
I really enjoyed buying from Motel Rocks. They made everything easy and stress-free. One thing I do wish they offered is the option to pay with Afterpay. The actual clothing was incredibly good quality and though my jeans are too big (that's on me, I ordered a size larger) I will assume that they are true to size.

Expensive jeans sent in flimsy packaging that was ripped when arrived (Jeans not damaged). Bad cut, terrible fit. Will not buy online again.

Missing parcel and customer service disaster
My order was not shipped, after I sent an email, my order was then shipped to the wrong address. It took a month and 11 emails to finally get a refund. There was enough information in my initial email about the order being shipped to the wrong address for staff to be able to investigate what had happened. I had to explicitly ask twice for a refund and follow up. Staff even asked me to travel to the wrong address and try and find the missing parcel. The whole thing was a test of my patience and seemed to be an attempt to not have to issue a refund.

Different shape and size to other colours
I have these jeans in another colour so I decided to buy them again in a different colour but these are a completely different cut, bigger size and the rise is higher. Costs 45 dollars to return from Australia.
