Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosm... Voir plus

Great products at reasonable prices- love the 5 year warranty. Great service from the Chermside store- especially the very tall English girl - sorry can’t remember her name but she is always great.

Photo's of device received quickly.

asked for photo's of the actual item i wanted to purchase. Within 24 hours they were in my inbox.

They sent it quickly after purchase.

The only issue I had was with Aus post which is out of CEX control. They were slow, unreliable, and their delivery attempt was trash.

I would reccomend CEX look at a courier service or other method for items over a certian value.

Cex sold me a great camera…

Cex sold me a great Sony Alpha camera for a reasonable price. It arrived very quickly so I went back and bought a lense from them also. Both work great. I am happy to give a testimonial to Cex. An excellent company.

It was great as usual due to the proffesionalism of the staff and their friendliness , and executionof the task laid put before them .

$800 and no lens caps

Hi,this is a precision item not cheap, wrapped in bubble wrap and no lens caps. Not very good. Delivery was quick and the lens works.

Whilst it is good to know that the delivery was quick, it is unfortunate that your recent purchase has not gone as expected.

As we deal in used goods, each product brought to us is checked to ensure it is in a fully working and saleable condition. In the case of optical media, we don’t buy warped, cracked or chipped discs. Minor scratches are acceptable on Games, DVDs and Blu-rays as long as they play.

I ordered a PlayStation portal online…

I ordered a PlayStation portal online that still had the previous owner’s account logged in. I returned it in store to and had to wait around not only to test the console but to wait for a voucher because for some reason they couldn’t just exchange it one for one. The manager was as helpful as he could be with your systems working the way they do. It’s also extremely frustrating that you don’t have a contact number of any kind because management can only assist so much.

Thank you for your review, and I apologise for the frustrating experience you had with your recent purchase and the return process.

I would like to assure you that we have testing guidelines in place where apart from checking the functionality, condition and quality of the item, data deletion is the most crucial part of our testing parameters. We request customers to delete all the data along with accounts from the device and then do another courtesy check to ensure no previous data/accounts are left behind on any of the devices.

Rest assured, this case has already been highlighted to the respective management of the store that sourced the order for a procedural evaluation and to ensure that such recurrence is avoided.

Further, all our contact numbers are for internal use only and the customer service department is solely email or social media based, however, we try to assist as efficiently as possible.

I appreciate you returning the item in-store, and I can see that a replacement was issued. I hope everything is fine with it.

They accepted an order for a product they didnt have.

I ordered a product and a different cheaper version of the product was sent. I had to send it back, they don’t actually have the product they advertised and did not refund my money until after the product was returned, so basically they were advertising a product they dont have took my money and then sent a cheaper verison and didnt give my money back until ihad returned the product keeping my money for 14 days.

I got the package which was good and…

I got the package which was good and both items were there and in working condition. I am however surprised they turned up. The cardboard packaging was open and from what I could tell the sticky part was actually missing. There was no tears in the cardboard so doesn’t look like the sticky part was ever there
