Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosm... Voir plus

Great products at reasonable prices- love the 5 year warranty. Great service from the Chermside store- especially the very tall English girl - sorry can’t remember her name but she is always great.

Thank you for your review, and sorry to hear that you are having difficulties redeeming your voucher.

In our experience, the most common reason for redemption issues is that the information was not entered correctly. Specifically speaking, our vouchers are valid for 1000 years and a week, so the expiry date is usually in the year 3000, not 2000.

The other common issue is the value, you should enter the value of the Voucher, not the transaction. If you are unable to redeem your voucher, please try using Google Chrome or a Firefox browser.

It's also worth clearing the browser cache and cookies, as if not cleared, you may continue to receive the same error message. This should definitely work.

I ordered 2 x 8GB RAM cards

I ordered 2 x 8GB RAM cards, was sent 1 x 8GB RAM and 1 X 2GB RAM. Sent back the 2GB, was sent out an 8GB replacement that didn't work. Sent it back wanting a matched pair, had a refund and left with one stick. Do I take another gamble and buy 2 that may not be matched? Its a hard one to solve

Buyer beware

I bought 2 google nest mini speakers from this company. At no point on their website or through the buying process did they mention or inform me I was buying a second hand/ used product.
I ended up with 2 old, used and obsolete speakers that were inferior to the others I already had in my home. I feel deceived and I've just thrown away money that could have been spent on new speakers that match what I currently have.

Buyer beware, this website is not selling you new products.

Phones works great and I love it

Phones works great and I love it, my only feedback is I wish there was a way to see the defects of a specific product instead of a linear B rating, the phone has a small OLED burn in on the left side however it's no problem as I can't see it in dark mode, I just would have spent more on a different one of I knew about this, other than that 5 stars fast delivery and a fast working phone I feel I've got what I paid for it

Disappointed about the controller

The delivery was fast, the packaging was good but I was very upset how the controller came.
it was broken, scratched, there was green paint on it and the battery was really bad I charged it for a whole night I took it for a bit and it heated up quickly and the battery ran out which I felt extremely disappointed that I had to pay $85 on something that was very bad.
I really got happy that I got the controller and I loved the colour but I got very disappointed I get its second hand but very disappointed that I got bad quality.

I'm sorry to know that the condition of the controller and its functionality did not meet your expectations. I understand how disappointing this must have been.

We have procedures in place to ensure all items are thoroughly tested and appropriately graded to ensure they are fully intact and working before they are purchased and resold.

As the controller purchased is B-grade, it may show signs of general wear, such as scratches, scuffs, etc., provided they do not affect the functionality and will, overall, be in working condition.
