Second time I've used CEX
Second time I've used CEX. I like that you can check how much you'll get back for your items before you go into the store. I traded in some unused devices and upgraded to a new S8. It arrived within a week, exactly as described, and was in very good condition. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely use them again.

The purchased item arrived in no Logitech G Flight Panel box, but wrapped in plastic in a cheap mail box. The panel had no screws and 2 corners were cracked. It also didn’t come with the external bracket. What a waste of money, I’m now going to have to purchase another Flight panel. I would not recommend to buy from this company, save your money.

The mouse was dirty.
First time ordering from the site. While easy to use and pay, I expected the item to be somewhat used.
The item came dirty. With fragments of something inside the number keys on the side of the mouse. Severely worn down mouse buttons and bottom feet underneath. It’s older than my current Razer Naga. More than likely will be kept as an emergency spare in case my current mouse ends up completely dying.

As we deal in pre-owned items, all products are generally cleaned, checked, and graded in line with our grading criteria before being purchased and resold.
Items graded as B will have signs of wear such as marks, scuffs, scratches, etc however, will be fully functional.

Eastland store and online
The staff at Eastland, Vic, were terrific. Helpful, got our iPads assessed and a voucher issued within an hour. We then used the voucher to purchase another iPad on the website as they didn't have the one we wanted in store. The purchase process was a little tricky as we didn't have an expiry on the voucher but the website insisted we enter one. I had to read through terms and conditions to figure out that the date needed to be 2 or 3 years plus a week. Once the purchase was done, the postage was quite quick 4 days I think but the iPad arrived not packaged very well it was just chucked in a large box with some of that inflatable packaging that was not secured so the iPad was just moving around the box freely unprotected. That being said, we have had no issues with the iPad itself, it was as described, and works well!
