Had to deal with Rebecca Kirby, and i think i chat with her before as well a couple of months ago for something else. Query was resolved instantly satisfactorily, Thanks Rebecca. On a separate note, I always had great customer service experience at IAAI except once when my purchased bid was cancelled due to unpaid finance on the car i had won :)

This was an excellent customer experience. I made a mistake on registration and Georgia was wonderful in sorting it all out for me in time to make a successful bid.
I could not have wished for a more understanding and proffessional person to resolve the issue
