Very nice service for helping customer's

Terrible company, they do not care about customers they have had for years including ourselves, they are so incompetent that we had to pay to have our drivers collect a car twice because their workers could not locate it the first time so we paid double (£600) to cover their incompetence and they refused to reimburse us. They recently sold us a car that had 25,000 miles illegally taken back off the clock and are demanding we pay £420 to relist it, we would have been liable for this if our future customer decided on legal action. They believe their shoddy T&Cs protect them from the law. Their workers have also been very rude to our drivers, refusing the basic decency of listening to them. I wasted time writing complaints using their complaint form only to find out it does not even work and afterwards was told to email them, how much time do they expect me to waste trying to get help? Avoid this company at all costs, they do not care to help, there is no customer service, and only care about lining their pockets.
