Good communication

Vehicle arrived with a damaged rear bumper that was not on the photos when the auction ended. iaai uk have no respect for customers property and refuse to accept liability for the damage they caused. Avoid and use Copart.

I bought a car about a month ago and the back of the car in the images was shown as intact. When I bought it and went to collect it, at the site, the back of the car was very severely damaged, repair costs and parts cost £2009.82, and the person who was collecting the car raised this with the staff at the site and they told us to take the car and they will contact us. Once I did, I spoke to them online and they offered us £180. They said they cannot do anything about it and they said this was a ‘good gesture’ they are a very dodgy company and are full of lies. I will not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy cars from this company they are very dodgy

Have been dealing with IAAI recently and found their online chat customer service amazing every single time. I would like to mentioned Rebecca Kirby's name who i happen yo chat with on two occasions over the past 3 days and on each occsaion the issue was resolved in a very timely manner and to my satisafction.

I have bought many cars from these guys with no problems but yesterday I bought a car and it has turned up with significant side damage that is clearly from a fork lift truck picking it up in the yard. There response even though you cannot see damage in the listing is they won’t take responsibility: horrendous attitude and customer service.
Photos show all panels and damage clearly and nothing hanging off. This is the first time this has happened in over 10 purchases: be very careful guys they don’t care once it’s paid for:
