I have the worst e-shopping experience…
I have the worst e-shopping experience with autodoc. Ordered 2 tires which were marked as “dispatched”, but theres no progress with their shipping for 2 weeks. Contacted the support 4 times and 4 times the response was the same - we will contact the supplier and will get back to you which never happened. My request for refund is rejected as “they can’t issue a refund without confirmation from supplier” which they can’t get for 2 weeks. Autodoc washes their hands with supplier and at end the customer doesn’t have what they need and can’t get his money back!

Great supplier but improve packaging
Normally autodoc is a trusted partner for delivering spare part for my 5 private cars and other cars of friends but sometimes I encounter strange situations where for example for the second order of Brembo P30105(the only pads that fits USA Sorento) comes in carton very badly packed and not in the original package. Please have in mind that the brake system is the most secure thing in the car and pay extreme attention on shipping such items the right way. Brembo disks had to replace after again poor packaging but you improved by the next delivery.
