AyiConnection is very sufficient, professional and responsive. They helped us successfully find the right person that suits our needs. During the Covid-19 pandemic, everything becomes more difficult. AyiConnection has sufficient experience and they provided great suggestions to us so that we can adapt our requirements that are more realistic in the current situation. They did interviews with the candidates and did the first round screening before they send the candidates' profiles to us, which saved us a lot time.

The concierge staff rocked! I am really happy I found them online. They got me this mandarin speaking nanny who is calm and good with our kids, but also very good at making Chinese dishes. She does a different style of dishes daily, noodles, dumplings, baozi, stir fries, you name it! Their staff is responsive and we really appreciate them helping us find this super nanny. Thank you!

Mrs. Zhou is fast responding and great multi-solutions provider for us. We just planed to move from LA to Dallas few weeks ago and tried to find a nanny before we arrived in Dallas. Ayi Connection helped us to work it out. Although their commission is not cheap, I have to say they did good job, and they help our nanny to do the covid-19 test too. Thanks.

I was initially a little concerned about using the service. Paying an upfront fee with such a limited return policy felt scary, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I had some very specific demands, they were able to find 3 fairly reasonable candidates that are legal to work in the US and could understand a small amount of English.

I think the one caveat that was not mentioned to me during our call was that the majority of their candidates are older. When I expressed wanting somebody younger they were honest about maybe it being difficult to find, but were willing to give me a partial refund.

In the end I spoke to all 3 candidates and would have definitely hired one of them if I hadn't found somebody else through another avenue. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
