I am very appreciative of this service. As an Asian American, I find it difficult to search for someone who is experienced with childcare and can speak mandarin with my kids. We engaged with AyiConnection through their concierge service. The first two candidates didn't work out. The staff worked with us continuously and sent us a few more caregivers to interview. We were able to find a maternity nanny (yuesao) that was very qualified and experienced, and eventually booked with her. She was very good with food and my newborn. She even helped me with massages regularly without charging me additional fees. She was a great find! Thanks for recommending her!

I paid for the Concierge service to find long-term care. First of all, the consultation was efficiently scheduled and we were able to get the search started quickly.

Our family's criteria was quite stringent. We simultaneously advertised on Craigslist, Facebook, and Singtao (online only) as well as finding referrals from coworkers, but in the end the AyiConnection team was the one to find the Cantonese-speaking candidate that fit our needs. The successful candidate was found within two weeks, which was great considering we also tightened our criteria after getting the first couple candidates from AyiConnection. Most nannies want to start immediately if possible.
