I was looking for a nanny to take care of my kids who are two and four years old. My friend recommended me AyiConnection Concierge service, and she told me it was a good platform with responsible staff who could help me find nannies quickly. Between work, I don’t have much time to screen nannies individually. So I reached out through AyiConnection Concierge, and shared with them my requirements. I was surprised that they sent me 3 Ayis’ profiles the next days after I paid for the service. It was much faster than I thought. I decided to talk to two of the three and they helped schedule interviews. I ended up trying four different ayis and hired a really good one who had wonderful years of experience with kids and also does chores and cooking. She cooks really well and we don’t really need to worry about our kids much except for the time she’s not working. The best thing is that this happened under two weeks. For the price we paid, it was worth every penny. Thank you to the staff who were patient with us to help guide us throughout.

I bought the one-month membership on Ayiconnection. I sent messages to a lot of nannies on their website. Only two nannies replied to me and said not available for my job. When I contacted their service, I got no reply at all. Is the nanny information on their website real? Are the nannies still active in working? I felt I wasted more than 30 dollars on a fake nanny website. Don't use this website. I felt lucky that I just wasted more than 30 dollars instead of hundreds.
I left my message at the website and contacted wechat ayiconnection once. I tried my best to find way to contacted the service. Now you said you didn’t see my message, what should I say? I contacted nannies before this pandemic goes bad. Now that’s a good reason for the poor service.

We found a really good nanny on here. She is nice and helpful. She has a lot of experience of taking care of kids, and my kids love her. We have a good relationship. This app is very convenient and easy to find a good helper.
