Their computer system needs looking at.
I was contacted 4 days after purchasing a nursing pillow and cover to say that it was out of stock.
This wasn't advertised as being sold out.
I replied with my new order and am still waiting for the delivery.
The baby is due today as aware.

The use Evri for delivery
They used Evri for delivery who are notorious for being awful at delivering items. They failed to find our address despite it being a regular numbered terrace between, didn’t bother to check again and returned it to sender. Never received the product.

Sellers responded and redelivered the product to me using a different courier, so will update review!

Shipping was good and ordering was…
Shipping was good and ordering was easy. But the leggings are crap. Not high waisted and definitely not compression, as I’m wearing an additional compression belt I’ve bought of my own under them. Measured correctly for my size, I’m 3 weeks post partum c section and they do nothing but give me a tyre around my hips. I guess the negative feedback has been hidden and they’ll only post positive reviews. Im dissatisfied but can’t be bothered to send them back.

Found these window restrictors whilst browsing. Seemed ideal for our two indoor cats, and proved to be so. Was concerned that our windows were recessed from the window frame so perhaps might not work well, but worry unfounded. Absolutely fantastic product - easy to apply within seconds, sturdy, easy to use and release for closure. Wish they'd had these around 30y ago when my two were tinies!

Part of order never delivered.
I placed an order on 30th April. Part of my order was delivered promptly but part of my order is missing. When I contacted them about it I got a very curt email back saying it’s been dispatched but no tracking details or estimate for delivery. I have contacted twice since and not had a response. You don’t really want to spend your time chasing when you are about to have a baby, customer service is poor.

Do not buy from here. Really disappointed with some of their products and you can’t return things even with a return prepayment. Brought a postpartum belt which i couldn’t return!
The breast pump also does not work! £50 wasted.
No phone number to speak to someone!

Due to the bank holiday, there was a short delay and therefore, this was dispatched on Tuesday. As per our tracking for this order, it appears this order was delivered today.

The products are good except the nursing pillow. The quality is bad for both, the pillow and pillow cases. Also the parcel goes for a long time, about a week or so.
