Locks are fab
Locks are fab! So easy to install and work really well! Will just take some getting used to on our part to use the keys but si glad it hasn't taken away from our lovely kitchen!

Not a good first time experience
Company reached out and offered a gesture of goodwill which is a better customer care than I received before.
Did not have a good experience on my first time ordering. As the cardboard box the item is in had damage to it upon returning to the company, they refused a refund. Product was undamaged. Never known a company like it. So heads up if you’re buying something make sure the box is in immaculate condition, bubble wrap it up, as we also can't control how the couriers treat parcels either!

I have looked into the return for you and can see that the items box packaging was unfortunately damaged upon opening the return. As outlined in our returns policy, we can only accept items for a refund or exchange when both the product and packaging are returned in a sell-able condition as all of our products are sold as new.
I completely appreciate that this is frustrating, particularly if the product itself was undamaged. I can also see that Lucy has already arranged for the original item to be returned back to you, so you're not left without the product.

Fixed Evris terrible delivery service!
My order didn't arrive through no fault of the site (Evri as per usual being useless!) I emailed and got to speak to someone called Lucy, who without hesitation just reordered the items for me and sent it next day at no extra charge at all!

Good product but returns policy could…
Good product but returns policy could be better. Feeding bra is comfortable and has a good quality and feel to it, very soft. However, I wasn't allowed to exchange briefs that had not been worn and no tags taken off for a diff size due to their returns policy.
