Great customer service and product
Bought the magnetic cupboard locks. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had 1 defective piece and spoke to customer support and they sent me a brand new pack. Lucy was super helpful and got them sent out to me straight away and managed to secure my kitchen from the cupboard goblins.

Part of order never delivered.
I placed an order on 30th April. Part of my order was delivered promptly but part of my order is missing. When I contacted them about it I got a very curt email back saying it’s been dispatched but no tracking details or estimate for delivery. I have contacted twice since and not had a response. You don’t really want to spend your time chasing when you are about to have a baby, customer service is poor.

Do not buy from here. Really disappointed with some of their products and you can’t return things even with a return prepayment. Brought a postpartum belt which i couldn’t return!
The breast pump also does not work! £50 wasted.
No phone number to speak to someone!

I have looked into this for you today, as your order was placed over the weekend, this was processed when we arrived back at the office. Due to the bank holiday, there was a short delay and therefore, this was dispatched on Tuesday. As per our tracking for this order, it appears this order was delivered today.

The products are good except the nursing pillow. The quality is bad for both, the pillow and pillow cases. Also the parcel goes for a long time, about a week or so.

Very quick delivery of the c-section binder. I haven’t had a c-section, I brought the binder as an extra support garment to wear whilst my medical support girdle is in the wash and it’s proved to be a good purchase. Comfortable too which is a bonus, thank you 🤗🤗

Won’t buy again, refunds are slow and require chasing
Bought two pairs of leggings in one order. One pair arrived really quickly and took well over a week for the other pair. Neither fitted me properly and felt like they would just ride down over my bump. Sent both back, can see from the Evri Tracking when it arrived back at their warehouse and have had absolutely no confirmation from BabyGo that they have received them. Waited the 7 days they state on their website and followed up with customer services last Friday, who told me the team would look into it on Monday. Granted Monday was a bank holiday but we are now on Wednesday and I have had no update from BabyGo. I have chased customer services again this morning but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the situation. For a company that sells online their return and refund process should be much easier.
