Won’t buy again, refunds are slow and require chasing
Bought two pairs of leggings in one order. One pair arrived really quickly and took well over a week for the other pair. Neither fitted me properly and felt like they would just ride down over my bump. Sent both back, can see from the Evri Tracking when it arrived back at their warehouse and have had absolutely no confirmation from BabyGo that they have received them. Waited the 7 days they state on their website and followed up with customer services last Friday, who told me the team would look into it on Monday. Granted Monday was a bank holiday but we are now on Wednesday and I have had no update from BabyGo. I have chased customer services again this morning but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the situation. For a company that sells online their return and refund process should be much easier.

I completely understand how concerning it is when a return feels delayed, especially when tracking shows the items have arrived back with us. Our returns team are currently working through a higher volume than usual, which may have caused a delay in confirming receipt and processing your refund.

Placed an order for 3 nursing sleeping bras but my confirmation email stated I'd ordered 3 pairs of maternity leggings. Contacted customer support straightaway and was very pleased that they resolved the issue straightaway and my order arrived 3 days later!

Pregnancy Support Belt
I brought this belt for my daughter who is 26 weeks pregnant. She is very happy with it, just follow the video closely and its easy to fit, she says it feels very supportive and comfortable, very happy with this purchase :))

Evri damaged my parcel, I explained the situation to the BabyGo team and they sent a replacement order right away (and with a different courier too). Got the order next day and I can't praise their leggings enough!

Good customer service
I had to chase the order as it seemed to be taking a long time to arrive. Turns out it had been lost in transit however as soon as this was identified a replacement was sent via next day delivery with an alternative carrier, so I'm very happy. The birth ball I ordered is lovely and firm, good quality.

Im a grandma
Im a grandma, with back issues... The support belt have really improved my mobility and reduced my pain. I had a little issue with delivery, however the customer support team at `babygo, especially Caitlin have been most helpful and resolved the issue in a timley manor.
Highly recommended.

The store is great and the quality of the belt is excellent, but there were delivery issues. I always have problems with Evri. Next time, it would be better to use Royal Mail.
