Great customer service
I received a duplicate item as part of my order after all the other items had been delivered. I got in touch with Babygo and Lucy in customer service was super helpful in getting a collection arranged and sorted for them to pick up the unwanted item. I'm also very impressed with the quality of the compression socks I ordered so an highly recommend.

Great products and service!
The products are very good, easy to install and work as advertised. I purchased the oven lock and magnetic cabinet locks with the corner protectors.
The cabinet locks did not arrive (either not sent or got lost in shipping) but this was quickly sorted out over email by Lucy

They've a great selection of stuff
They've a great selection of stuff, it was easy to shop and dispatched quickly. The items seem to be of good quality. I wish the exercise ball / birthing ball had come in a box, rather than the components (pump etc) just being directly in a dispatch bag. A box would be easier to store - as I've ordered it earlier than I need it, learning from previous pregnancies that is better to have these things to hand.

Post partum leggings
Bought 2 pairs of post natal leggings and I'm really pleased with them, they are of high quality. They are a nice thick material, and get no vpl in them which is great coz let's be honest most of us are wearing big knickers post partum! They are stretchy, but also act a bit like a comfy spanx type waist which has given me a much better figure under tops to hide the mum tum post c-section. They come to above my belly button which is great for sucking in my muffin top. Just wish they had pockets!!! I wear them everyday and have recommended them to other mums at the baby groups I go to. Very quick delivery.

Amazing post parting leggings
Really quick delivery. Leggings are really nice quality and are really helping with postpartum recovery following a C-section. I feel so much more put together when I where these. I am about to order another pair!

Fast delivery, good product
Fast delivery. Good product - Bought some briefs for postpartum c-sectioned tummy. The label however faded quickly after 2 washes. Luckily there is a stitched-on label at the front otherwise wouldn’t be able to tell front to back and inside out. Would love it if the other colours were in stock.

Ordered twice from Babygo now…
Ordered twice from Babygo now (postpartum leggings in black and grey) received really quickly and very good quality and true to size. I had an issue with one of the pairs of leggings a short while after purchase, I contacted customer service, I was allocated a lovely lady called Lucy, she couldn’t have been any more helpful, constant communication and a fast resolution reached. Will definatly be purchasing again ☺️

Personable & supportive
Fantastic customer service. I’d left a review explaining I’d ordered some underwear that didn’t fit, and even though some had not even been removed from the packaging they were not returnable. The team reached out and enabled me to make a return and refunded the items I had not touched.
