I do not like to write bad reviews but they asked me to do so. I would not order from this company again. Although the item was listed as in stock, it took a month to arrive. During that time, I repeatedly called customer service and only reached a voicemail, with no one ever returning my calls. It wasn't until I threatened to report the company as a scam that I finally received a status update on my order.
The long lead time was especially concerning given that the product was shipping from Southern California to Northern California. The product was not a good a pictured, not the quality as in the photo.

Buyer Beware! I received authorization to return my unused cold/hot packs because of them being the wrong size. They were $100 and cost $48 to return. The company contact, Jeff, told me via phone and written message that my money would be refunded. It has been 6 weeks and I still have not received a refund. The contact, Jeff, assured me that the returned products had indeed been received. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Love the pillow and the new cover. Didn't love the big labels sewn into the seams. The pillow is in the bed and by the legs, where you wouldn't want sharp edges. I blew open the seam trying to cut them out.

I like the pillow case I ordered, but it’s just a touch too small lengthwise.

After 4 back surgeries, I need a knee pillow to keep my pelvis and spine aligned properly. BackSupportSystems Knee-T has worked very well for the past 6 years. I couldn't sleep without one.

The side sleeper wedge has made a huge difference in my sleep and how I feel the next day which is SO MUCH BETTER! I’d been suffering with neck back and shoulder pain for weeks, I knew it had to do with how I sleep.

I ordered a bed for my dog and received the wrong product. When I inspected the foam, it looked nothing like the product images on the website. They claim to use non-toxic foam that is Certipur certified, but I couldn't find them in the Certipur directory. I emailed Certipur and they said that Back Support Systems is not a registered company and shouldn't be using the Certipur logo. I asked BSS about the third-party verification claim of the safety of their foam and they told me directly they were certified through Certipur. This company is lying about the safety of their products.

I am 5'7" and the sizing chart recommended the large. I ordered it but it doesn't fit right. My legs aren't long enough so the peak of the pillow hits my calf. My legs quickly fell asleep and asked all the next day. I requested a return and they said I would be contacted by email once they reviewed my request. It has been 21 days with no response from them, even to just say my request was denied.
In conclusion, I bought a $100 pillow I can't use or return from a company that doesn't care.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size pillow cases. I've sent two emails to the company requesting return information. I haven't received a reply.

I would like a reply, even if it's that the return policy doesn't allow me to exchange them.

I didn't know a pillow could feel this way. i have been sleeping so well with my new pillow and my husband really likes the leg pillow and how much pressure it takes off his hips. 10/10 couldn't recommend more!

$39 + $9 =$48 for a pillow case is price gouging. They know you can’t get it anywhere else. The material isn’t even that nice, it’s rough and hard but I needed a j-shaped pillowcase.

Not comfortable, especially for the price.

I was in dire need of a new pillow as my neck has been absolutely killing me, most likely from being under supported. I found back support systems cooling pillow and was happy to use my FSA card to purchase it. The first night I immediately noticed a difference and my neck pain has decreased from proper support. I do wish the pillow were longer but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Straps are flimsy and will not stay secured. For the money spent velcro should be all along the mating surfaces.
