The company seems good. The contour wedge pillow did not work for me at all. And you have to open it to try it, because it comes very compressed. Once you’ve open a pillow you cannot return it. I knew I was risking the cost of the pillow to try it. I have reflux and a mild scoliosis that causes pain when I sleep. I hoped the contour pillow would make it possible for me to sleep on my side. It didn’t. Not on either side and it was terrible for my back. 90 seconds on my back earned two days of pain day and night. Hard to see how the contours would work for anyone back sleeping. Not sure they should say it works for back sleeping. But based on other reviews it works well for some people; you have to try it to find out how it works for you. Just realize you cannot return it.

Better to reach out via the web than by phone. Website pictures are inaccurate-- the super knee pillow shows one strap but it has two (which is better). Had to reach out to clarify this when my old cover wore out and I needed a new one. The product itself (knee pillow) is dynamite.

Me sciatica and sore knees and this is THE solution for me. Sticking with this one and I even travel with it.

I ordered their “The Angle” pillow to place under my knees in an attempt to alleviate some back pain I was experiencing during sleep. After some time it was clear that this product was not the solution I was looking for, thought the quality of the product itself seemed good. I reached out to their customer support department to inquire about returning the item for a refund, to which I received a copied and pasted response outlining how “pillows are considered personal care items, and therefore aren’t eligible for refunds.” I found this frustrating and pointed out to them in a follow up email that they guarantee their items in the item description, and that I would appreciate someone responding to my request. A week out, I have received no response. Very unsatisfied.

It's a comfortable piece of foam for an exorbitant price. What really kills the deal is the 20 percent return fee plus return shipping for a large box if you don't like it. Better off to try a product from another company with a more customer friendly return policy.

On the photos the pillow looks 10” thick. In reality it was 3” thick and looked like it was used.

Shipping time is unacceptable. I ordered a pillow on Aug 24th. It took 5 days for BackSupportSystems to turn it over to the shipping company.on August 29th. 5 days!!!! It is now scheduled to be delivered on September 10th; 17 days after I placed the order! I would have ordered through Amazon but your product information on Amazon does not match the product specifications found on your website. For example, you have Knee-t pillows 26 inches long on your website but they are 25 inches long on Amazon. As a result, I could not trust that I would be getting the product that I wanted using Amazon. Very disappointing.

The body pillow is great. The fabric on it is great and comfortable.
The pillowcase I purchased to go with it is horrible and scratchy made of very low quality muslin cotton - not any type of cotton material that would be used as bedding. Very unfortunate and at a high price.

I was having debilitating hip pain at the groin area. I tried a different pillow off of amazon before finding this one. And I noted some small improvement but in oder to support more of my leg I had to use two of those pillows which is not really convenient when turning over.
After doing more research and reading through comments I decided on the "pro" option which makes this a substantially more expensive pillow.
I was surprised that a better cover did not come with the pillow considering the expense, so I still need to order a cover for it.
The first couple of nights I tried it out I thought it felt like good support and that it was comfortable (it works most comfortably for me with the wider end down at my feet and the narrower end between my knees), but for 2 or 3 nights I'd wake up with my legs aching (KEEP READING) and I thought how strange, I've never experienced that before. I was distressed thinking I spent all this money and its not giving me relief but making things worse. HOWEVER, after the 3rd night that stopped happening. And not only is it improving my comfort while I sleep but it seems to be helping me when I'm up and about during the day. I don't know if it is actually realigning my hips but I'm feeling improvement and with some low back and hip exercises, I just may be able to turn this issue around altogether! I'm hopeful, but I can definitely say, it was worth the investment. Give it time.

Love these products! I have LPR, and finding a comfortable wedge pillow wasn't easy. The pillow I have from Back Support Systems is great, and I just ordered a new cover for it, which I'm happy with as well. Customer service is always excellent!

Very helpful for acid reflux and Degenerative disc disease. The pillow is very comfortable, the cover is so soft and washes well.

This is my second purchase from Back Support Systems, and I have been very pleased with both the Angle Back Support and the Bcool Neck Pillow. My physician recommended the Angle Back Support to me for lower back pain with spasms. It worked very well. I decided to change pillows and decided on the Bcool Neck Pillow. I am very impressed with how it has helped my next pain from arthritis. I'm glad I purchased both. Well done Back Support Systems.

So far, so good. I have been searching for a good pillow. I had a shredded foam 30 years ago that I loved, but, alas, it finally bit the dust. This one is more dense and heavier. Comfortable and not "rigid" or contoured like other memory foam pillows.

Fast shipping, product was as described. I purchased the regular size, which was perfect for me, I'm 5'2. I like that the cover can be removed for washing if/when needed. Gives the support and cushion needed for side sleeping, from knees down to my feet. I used to use one of those hourglass shaped pillows that only goes between your knees, and it wasn't comfortable or easy to keep in place throughout the night. This one is!

The knee pillow is too large for me because upon turning over on my back during the night it either gets under one leg which causes lower back pain by having only one leg elevated. I cannot use the strap because when turning over it wakes me up. The cover is very coarse and abrasive so it needs a soft pillow case. It feels great and releaves hip and knee pain untill I roll over.
