Your products are great but your site is hard to navigate through. However, I tried to just buy a lighter cover for summer for my Knee-T . It was extremely difficult to find where to just get that and not cushion thing, so I ended up with another cushion as well as the lighter cover. I can't afford to try again, as I am in Australia and your postage cost is just too great.

They have excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they fixed the order for me immediately before it was even sent out.

I paid for 2-day shipping but my order took 6 days to arrive. I emailed the company to request a refund for the 2-day shipping charge but they never replied to me!

Delivery time from WA took a long time . Thus received it too late too. Not pleased at all, and product is not very suitable either.

I read a few reviews about the quality of the covering on the slant pillow I purchased... hmm, while I am sure the cover could be more durable, the reason I bought this pillow was to relieve pain in my lower back and the pillow works exceptionally well for that purpose.

I have been using slant pillows from other companies for years because they help relieve lower back pain. The slant pillow from Backsupportsystems works noticeably better than the others that I have used. I think the reason is the angles: a relatively sharp incline between my glutes and knees and then a more gradual decline between my knees and the midpoint of my calves is the reason for this. My other pillows have different angles, which seem to work less well than my new pillow.

Also, the customer service that I received from Backsupportsystems when I made a mistake in entering my ship-to address was great!

The descriptions and names of items are confusing. There is little to no information about the items either. I bought what I thought were the right cases for my pillow, but they were either the wrong ones or they shrunk. They are useless now eitherway.

Waste my 150 dollar. Its to soft and doesn’t help my back.

I love how the pillow props me up to help reflux. Major Pro. I also got the largest size so be mindful it is huge, even for a king sized bed it covers a lot of territory. There are cons, however. I do not like how the pillow slides off of my bed, and how I tend to slide down from the top during the night. Because of this I have traded reflux for lower back pain, Additionally, I bought a case separately and it is too small, also terrible quality rough fabric. Don't waste your time with the separate case. For the cost I believe the pillow should come with a high quality pillow case other than the zip cover.

The pillow itself is amazing for alleviating my back pain. This order was for a more readily washable pillowcase. I would suggest you have an optional inclusion of the pillowcase, maybe even in more colors and thread counts to go over the default pillow offered.
