Barkbox-Hit or Miss
Barkbox is Awesome about replacing toys that dont holdup or fit your dog, same with treats if ur dog doesnt like them. However, be warned that you are stuck for the duration of ur subscription even if u cancel it. I am 4 boxes in and still cant get a box a[[ropriate for my dog. Every box has needed at least two items out of the 4 to be replaced. Customer service is confusing because 3 or four different "dogs" will contact u, each not knowing u have talked to another. Too confusing. And they constantly flood u with emails to buy buy buy. It is expensive but if they actually sent items ur dog liked or that lasted it would be cheaper than a bigbox store. If your dog is gentle on toys and not a picky eater, u r safe. Their website can be difficult, and doesnt like certain browsers; aggravating. And items dont come in boxes anymore, they come in a plastic mailer bag.

The perfect box!
As usual, the selection of toys was wonderful! Lots of dog love for them. We got a new dog, a great dane named Garth and he didn't get toys at his old home and he was like a puppy when he saw them! They are so well made and sturdy that we have lots of toys now and there is no toy aggression. I love the selection of toys and toys you can add on to your order. Keep doing what you're doing!

Worth the hype in my opinion
The toys that come from bark box are literally my rottie puppy’s favorite toys. They are high quality, durable and cute. I definitely would spend more on less quality toys and it’s always fun to see what the theme is for the month.
