I always have a great experience and so does my pal! Deliveries are on time but I'm not really concerned about that. I like that Bark Box understands my dog's allergy to chicken and does not send us any. He loves his toys! Thanks BarkBox!

I got Bark Box for my puppy
I got Bark Box for my puppy and their products, toys and treats, are great quality. I had a problem with a toy and they refunded my money. Always helpful and the toys are built to last.

Sula really loved the toys this month
Sula really loved the toys this month, the one that had lots of stuffing and the one that had a hard rubber toy beneath the covering. She had a lot of fun gutting one and flinging the other.

Very best customer service on the…
Very best customer service on the planet. I can't rate 5 Stars because I still have trouble with having toys that are too small for our dogs shipped to us, but that said the bark happy team goes out of their way to make it a good experience. I strongly recommend bark to anybody who has a dog under a 100 pounds.

We're sorry that some of the toys have still been too small for your pups. We can see that you're currently on our Large plan and have also added XL plush toys to your subscription. At this time, our subscription sizes are limited to Small, Medium, and Large, with XL toys available as add-ons.
