BarkBox is always great. And when it's not, i let you guys know and you fix it. Pretty incredible.

Bark box has great toys for my dogs that a sturdy and hard to destroy. However, once I signed up for the subscription, I couldn't get out of it even after the 1 year subscription ended. I had to change my payment from a credit card to PayPal then, I went to PayPal and deactivated the auto renewal in order to stop them from automatically renewing my subscription again. I do NOT recommend this company unless you want to pay them for ever.

I signed up for the monthly subscription box. The service is extremely unreliable. Twice now it has taken weeks to receive my “box” (it’s actually a bag). This month it shipped on June 1, it is now June 23, no package and no updates. The tracking info provides no detail. Waste so much time with their robo chat bots trying to get help. I’ve tried to cancel, but they force you to stay locked in for however many months. Will definitely not renew, and would not recommend.

Always a great selection of treats and prizes for your fur babies. Mine baby is a 6yr old Pyrenees/Lab mix. I've been a subscriber for several years. Customer service is top notch!

I recommend BarkBox to everyone. It offers fun concepts every month, high quality and varied products and really responsive customer service.

It was totally unexpected to have my dogs toy replaced, due to it being destroyed so quickly! That’s outstanding customer service!

We have been considering canceling our subscription because you stopped using the box and started using the bag. We truly enjoyed the experience we get with the box, the bag is not the same. We contacted Bark Box expressing our disappointment with the bag. They told us the box would be returning. Last month when we received the actual bark box we were very excited and happy it was back. Now this month we received the bag again, this is extremely disappointing. So we are now back to debating of canceling our subscription which is an extremely difficult decision to make because we do enjoy your product but we get do not get the same experience and seeing our babies open the box is what we enjoy the most and they can’t do that with a bag.

Great toys, durable for a chewer. Love the treats and the monthly themes

I have been a longtime fan of Barkbox and my favorite part is my Munchkin’s utter delight when the box arrives. She takes so much delight in opening the box and throwing the new toys around! I love the experience with her. She is not a big chewer so she takes good care of her toys and has a toy box full! She loves them❤️❤️❤️ All of the treats are enjoyed and short lived! She absolutely loves Barkbox treats over any other! The quality is above all others!

Great products and customer service !

My dog is loving the treats! It is a nice variety each month! The toys become new favorites every month. Of course she has to sleep with them!! She carries them around the house and loves the squeaky noises they make! She doesn’t even tear them apart! It’s a great monthly “present” for her!

I truly like the selection of snacks and toys for my dog. Customer service is awesome. Whenever I have reached out to them they have been very prompt, very helpful and very kind. I would recommend bark box!!!

BarkBox consistently delivers a great product every month! My pups ove the teats and the toys are cute, colorful and durable.

My rat terrier, Coco, gets so excited getting her BarkBox every month. She’s like a child with a present. She sticks her head in the pkg before it’s fully opened and gets excited seeing the toys & treats. She samples everything! If a toy doesn’t meet her abilities, BarkBox staff have been very helpful & supportive in replacing toys or treats with more appropriate ones. They take good care of Coco’s needs. She has a little mouth and needs little toys & treats! She’s a happy dog!

All the toys I have received are very nice. Most have a hidden toy inside, and the treats are some of the best you can get without all the extra additives.
