I have never expirenced such a criminal casino in my life. They are scammers. Any gambler in the world knows you must withdraw from the same card you deposited with however these wierdos accept you visa deposit and then only let's you withdraw with mastercard??? After explaining I do not have a mastercard he then said I will help you set one up!!!!!!! Lol NO so you can steal my identity aswell as my funds. Hahaha. Don't play them I lost 100 because I can not withdraw it. They scam call you constently. Honestly never came across such a criminality organisation in my life.

Do no use this site absolute scammers and they get people because they no people have problems and they let you reopen your site within minutes just to take your money and give you nothing! Do no use

I won €350 in March .I still haven't been paid my id was all checked but still no payout .

Discussing casino. They take your monies even when your card is blocked from gambling. You have to wager 3 times the amount you deposit before you get any chance to withdraw any winnings. If you do win you can only take £400. If your pictures of bank cards and varication of home address photo image are not clear they will refuse payment.
I gamble too much and I know I need help, but companies like this take advantage and don't care. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CASINO. I also got continuous calls from them and I have a list of blocked messages from them. I wish we could stand up to these money grabbing casinos and hold them to account. 😡😡😡

Be very careful with this company. They asked for my ID, passport, and bank card details to process a withdrawal. I received a small payment, but shortly after, there was an attempt to take money from my bank account without my permission.

It didn’t stop there. Once they had my phone number, I started receiving constant messages and calls from random numbers, clearly from different websites. Even after trying to remove my number and block them, the fake texts and emails kept coming.

This seems like a serious scam and could be linked to fraud, identity theft, or even money laundering. In my opinion, this company is not safe and should be avoided completely.

I haven’t got an account but keep getting messages tried to block them but won’t let me there so annoying as get about 5/6 every day

They take the slack for the horrible shits that are in the payment side .won a lot of money then turned round and said because I pressed wrong button I lost the lot .no empathy not for there staff or anything bad bad company do not entertain them not even for a 20p slot

Scam company! They never pay out! The manager William phonee every Tuesday even though I’ve told hi. To stop phoning me. Then sends your number to other betting setite so you get hundreds of message from random betting sites. #williamisawa*k

Dont understand the bad reviews maybes its the people with no patience verifying your account can be a little struggle but took me no longer than an hour with the help of chat support and once that is done withdrawals are very simple and quick best international casino ive played on great selection of games and runs smoothly

Absolutely terrible at resolving a problem.
If you win likely you won't get paid out. 36 hr minimum withdrawal time and then they reject for "technical issues". Then offer a bonus if you take that it also cancels any withdrawals aswel.
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had on a casino.

A great platform with lots of different games to play. The games pay out well and although the verification took several attempts the money landed in my account the next day. I also won €400 from a x45 wager and they paid out in 36 hours.
