Do not play on this casino !!!!! Absolute scammers. 36hours minimum withdrawal time then to be told there is a problem with the payment provider ! This has happened 3 times in a row to me only to have to wait another 36hours each time !!
And to top it off if you have gambling problems there is absolutely no way to permanently close your account even if you shout and swear at them and explain your an addict with mental health issues !!!

Please dont give these people your money. I won 160 pounds and went through all the gambling requirements. When I tried to withdraw, they keep asking for all the information over and over.
I spoke with their customer support, she said that my details were all verified, but I still couldnt withdraw.
I asked to be emailed the conversation, she said that she would, but didnt recive anything.
I emailed company asking for a contact number, and a copy of the conversation that I had with the customer report explaining that my account was verified. They said that they would send it, but it never came. I asked them again, they said that it had been sent.

These people will never pay out, please dont give them any of your money, they lie and shouldnt be allowed to be in business.

Was really skeptical with this website from the get go, felt like I wasn’t playing a legit site. But I ended up winning €300 euros off a £50 deposit. Thought I would withdraw and see what the crack was before carrying on playing so requested a withdrawal of €200. This was declined and I needed to upload some documents. Once these were approved I then requested a withdrawal again at 1pm and I have just got the money into my account at 6pm! What a relive and will definitely be using this site again!

You can deposit on a visa but have to withdraw on a mastercard and everything was set up. Both times I took a bonus had a decent amount and played the wagers, wanted to cash out first time and it wouldn't let me so then manager called and said my master card they need me to retake a photo, so ended up taking a while I ended up spending. Second bonus a few weeks later was up well over 300 and played wager tried to cash out and by some mystery no documents for cash out even though they were verified 2 weeks before. Another thing even if you were luckily enough to cash you have to tip the manager before you get anything. Very unscrupulous practices I noticed, anyone else have the same? Scammer and chancer. They making fake excuses to refuse paying my 4700 wining. Then they change my balance again to 450 euro. Beaware this site is conning people. I cant believe how they still exist. Saw the negative reviews after I deposited £20 so started thinking the worst. Met wagering requirements and got above €150 minimum withdrawal limit. Then put the request to withdraw in. Took the full 36 hours they do state but was paid out.

DO NOT USE!! I won £177,000 today! And after all the verification - you send docs they refuse them! Then re request same one back then verify it! The website was difficult as it’s not a UK site, lots of verifying and getting it right. Being polite always helps. Eventually I got it all verified. Then I needed to get a Mastercard account with Skrill plus I could only withdraw 400€ a time but i have had successful deposit and then another. I actually enjoyed playing abit, lost some won some but as soon as I got to 350-400 I withdrew. Lots of bad reviews but my experience hasn’t been awful.

After I made two 400€ withdrawals (both successful) I played a bit more on lightening roulette and ended up with 12000€ on a lucky multiply number. The win had to be verified with the games provider that took 4 days but now have successfully started withdrawing the 12000€ at 400€ a time. As long as players follow the rules, don’t have active bonuses with wage requirements and have all the correct documentation they pay out. Just remember big wins will take a long time to withdrawal but for me having an extra £320 every 36hours in my account isn’t the worse predicament to be in. Happy playing.

Scam stay well clear does not let you withdraw winnings only paid £20 thank god I didn’t give them more but the company is better off by £20 another unhappy ex customer so I had to carry on playing with money I had won Iv now passed this over to the trading standards and going to also report to the ombudsman

After reading the many reviews regarding BassWin on here AFTER joining I was also full of dread! Trying to enter info to withdraw was 'at best' a real pain,never uploaded and sent so many pictures in my life guys but I stuck at it till all were verified. I was never going to join with my main bank details so used my Monzo card as I only use it when travelling so has no balance that could be taken,this is also Mastercard,which is required to withdraw apparently. Overnight my winnings have been received,so guys,stick at it! True,it took 36hrs as they stated but they paid so it's not a scam,it's flawed and needs to make things easier e.g Why should you have to win £150 min to withdraw? That needs looking at! Overall,not the greatest experience with BassWin but not a scam,keep at it when info is declined and use Mastercard. Good luck!
