After all messing about verifying account they let you withdraw the first time but then get sucked into to placing more deposits and then won't pay out after several attempts saying there's an error total scam . Also have to wager your deposit x 3 and can't withdrawal anything under 100 euro and if u bet over 2 euro they say you broke rules and regulations. Even if you manage to win and follow all loop holes and catches they still won't pay out

Terrible company please don't get fed in by them. Target problem gamblers and make it impossible to withdraw any winnings. Deposited using visa and then only could withdraw to Mastercard… promoting fraud as you should not be allowed to withdraw to other accounts. Said they also have issues with visa which I have seen been going on for months

I withdrew £150 as their minimum but the balance didn’t reflect this which I thought if had and I then continued to gamble but then withdrawal refused. I complained and explained the situation I was then advised to continue gambling to try get more money… only having their interest at heart to maintain my money.

My account manager confirmed a refund was processed and then not heard so I chased and then got advised it’s refused 2 minutes later on email which is a coincidence!

They can refund to visa but can’t withdraw and can refund £20 but not withdraw under £150
