If I could give 0 stars I would!! DO NOT USE THIS CASINO! I didn’t have any welcome bonus or bonus for that matter as wagering for them is usually too high. Anyway I deposited €28 and won over a couple of days €4000. You can only withdraw €400 max anyway so I put that in, waited two days for it to get declined and the rest of my money was taken from my account!!!! Contacted them and they said I had abused wagering requirements. Then tried to say my winnings was from the welcome bonus, that I never even had! Absolute SCAM. This casino needs shutting down. I’m absolutely disgusted!!!!

I turned £700 in £2400 and after jumping through all their ID verification hoops and tried to start withdrawing (max of £400 at a time, which is very annoying) they decided to hit me with some weird by-law that I wagered too high a bet on a bonus and stripped my money down to £200. Absolute thieves.

Won over €9000 re gambles or used it over 3 days added more cash canxelled unwanted bouns leaft with €4300 wanted to cash some out tried to get 400 3 days later told i have lost €4000 because it didnt bet correctly there was no limit on my bets over the 28 hours i was playing BUT THEY CAN JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY and say its gone because of they way i won it they didnt restrict my betting at the time i was winning Untill they had to pay out THIS SITE IS VERY BAD AT TAKING YOUR WINNINGS FROM WHAT I READ AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT IN THE UK STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Website lets you deposit money with any id but then makes up rules as it goes up like let’s you place bets over €50 euros then says its against the rules biggest scam they don’t pay out they take away your winnings from your account they do not use this site stay far away. The people running this should be locked up for scam/fraud

I'm not able to permanently close this account. They are reactivating it after 30 days and they say this is in theirs terms. So account once opened will never be deleted

Website is a scam it will let you deposit money but then it will say you need to x3 your money. After you 3x your money it will ask for pictures of you holding up your passport and you will get random phone calls asking if you want them to manage your bets and call you every week. Once you go to withdraw money after everything is verified they will take the money out of your account and say you have broken the rules you’ve bet over €50 euros on sports game and they will deduct money. Also they decline when you go to withdraw and say wager not met this is fraud and a scam stay well away I’m fully refunding through bank

Scam site. Avoid like the plague. They even had an advert mentioning fantastic Trustpilot reviews. Their trustpilot reviews are terrible ! Easy to deposit but when you try to withdraw, you can’t. They told me I could only ever withdraw £150 minimum . Yes that’s right. If you deposit say 50 and win 50, you can’t withdraw it . Even prefills in a ‘tip’ you have to pay to get your money out. An absolute scam and a con. Worse still they keep pestering me with adverts. I block and block but still these stupid lying adverts come through. The fact that they advertise they don’t operate through GameStop tells you what you need to know. This is an absolute scam and you will never get your money back . False advertising and a complete con with horrible staff. I would close this down if I could. The worst excuse for a casino you could ever get.

Put money off, tried to withdraw but said verify account, struggled to do it as it kept saying failed, spoke with support team and emailed my documents, left it 2 weeks so they could be verified, then deposited again, tried to withdraw but once again said need to verify account. DO NOT USE, they will not ever pay out

People saying these aren't scammers seem to have won tuppence. If you win anything decent they will surely invent a rule or process to stop you! Investigation into balance increase was their excuse for me... up to 30 days for you to sit waiting and sweating on your balance knowing it's a scam anyway. Didn't accept and welcome deposits. Ensured I was KYC verified.

Won 4000 euros went to withdraw the measly 400. Got bored while waiting. Won 7k in total.

Was due to see 400 of thus today.

They cancelled it using terms 10.8 - right to verify clients winning due to a sudden balance increase.

I am not happy. Left waiting in limbo before the very long 15x 400 euro withdrawal slog can begin.

I will not play until if and when I get this resolved.

Will update my review if and when I see any of this legitimately won money from big name games!

As bad as the 400 euros every 36 hours is I love this casino, I’m waiting on them confirming my 10k win but they have explained why they have to do this as I have 14k altogether to withdraw they have to check iv not scammed it so hopefully it will only take 72 hours to do this 🤞 but yes I have won a lot of my £20 deposit in fact it’s the most iv ever won on any online gambling 🙏🏼
