After reading the reviews after I had withdrew €400 I was very worried but after 36 hours the money was in my bank I got £340 after the exchange rate I think people might get confused as it just says pending right up until the money is in the bank I’ve just withdrew and other €400 I would definitely say this is a really good casino and I will definitely keep playing

If I could give ZERO stars I would. AVOID this site like the plague!! I won over 1,400 which was available to withdraw they then tried saying I violated “bonus” terms even tho I had already cancelled my bonuses to be able to withdraw. I can’t understand all these bad reviews - I won 150 euro and granted it too 36 hrs to go into my account (with 2 declined attempts) I was on the customer services accusing them of being scammers when it declined 2 but they reassured me they’d try again - low and behold the 3rd attempt money went into my account. I have just won another 179 euros and expect it to go in my account Tuesday morning or even sooner -

Disclaimer I have nothing to do with this company and I was very ready to write a scathing review if the money hadn’t landed

So far so good .... first withdrawal no issue ... paid out in euros to gbp so exchange rate depending ...£337 in my bank for a £20 deposit. They even rang me as I hadn't done something correctly. We will see how it goes. Winnings so far €1679 , now with drawing some more as it is 400 per transaction. Mastercard debit required and proof of id via passport and utility.. also debit card with certain numbers blocked out photo ... its not a scam and if the want my identity they can have it as it isn't any good 🤣🤣🤣

I won around £200 in the casino and as I left to withdraw my winnings the money I won was removed and the balance was changed to zero.

I then tried to use the live chat and emailed them, however they said 'Our technical team has conducted a thorough review and confirmed that the balance was utilized by you'. This technical team clearly do not exist, and are only out to scam you out of your money and take your winnings.

I am hoping that by writing this review that other people do not fall victim to the same scam I encountered.

To people who don't know.. Before you sign up to any casino check who they have a licence with. Any casino that has a licence from curaçao are a scam site.
Curaçao licences are only given to casinos that have been blacklisted.

Basswins casino are operating illegally without a licence and as you can read on other reviews clearly scam their customers. They refuse to pay customers in the same method as they deposit. If you read their terms and conditions you'll clearly see the level of fraudulent activity happening on the site.

After more research it states online that all legal casinos must be regulated by a legitimate gaming regulatory. Having been lied to by the support time Basswins claim to be self regulated which in the casino industry is illegal.
Therefore no matter what their terms and conditions state. They are running an illegal scam site

They never pay out..always an excuse no matter all the verification passes. Thieving scammers. Was up to 2.5k and couldn't collect. Accepted I'm never seeing it so blown It all now and never going near these types again. Stay well clear. They belong in prison.

A complete con. On their ad they even lie about their Trustpilot rating ! I put in 50 euros and doubled my money but they wouldn’t pay me. Told me I could only withdraw £150 minimum. They say it’s in their terms and conditions. I looked . It isn’t . I put in some more and played it but they said I hadn’t met the ‘play through’ limit, which they say is also in their terms and conditions. I looked . It isn’t. You won’t get any winnings back. It’s the casino version of someone ringing you up trying to scam you saying your computer has a virus.

Total thieves and scammers, use multiple social media pages which have been bought to look trustworthy, spam you constantly with phone calls even when asked not to.

No license info on the website, no contact details, not compliant with any regulations and don’t pay out when you win.

They switch domains regularly and wash all of their money through front companies in Estonia.

Signed up made deposits I then won some money then was asked to up load documents for identification to varrify my account only to find out they will only accept a passport and not a driving licence so I can’t get my winnings and lost £40 pound withdrawal it is a scam steer clear

I just won 20k and I originally won 40 k
I don't understand why I put in all the time and effort to play and win because I'm not sure I will see it.. I see reviews on here from people struggling to get a small withdrawal of 150 it will take me a lifetime to get my winnings?? I'm worried I spent all that money playing for weeks and getting a big win is so hard to claim.. why so easy to deposit but so difficult to withdraw.. I am looking for confirmation I will truly receive it because I'm extremely skeptical after these worrying reviews.. I can only withdraw to MasterCard and only 150-400 per withdraw.. plus I must verify my documents and show all my personal information can anyone tell me a good experience or similar please for reassurance???
Don't play here, tried and tested, not licensed so they make up the rules, saw none of the money I apparently won and you have to pay an "account manager" to give you withdrawals, you can only withdraw a max of 140euro per time and to a MasterCard of their choosing.. proper scam site do not invest your money or trust here. ZERO STARS.
