Fantastic service from ordering to receiving of bath was 2 days delivery driver was very helpful aswell highly recommend buying from Bathcenter

We ordered a special size bath but it was out of stock, for over 6 weeks. This is a supply issue though. I was kept updated and finally got it.

We ordered several panels which were different from the picture. Not a problem as we really liked them. The delivery charge was very expensive and unfortunately we had to have 2 more. There was a damaged panel on the first batch but fortunately it was to be cut so not a problem. Out of the 2 additional panels 2 were damaged and fortunately we were able to work around Customer service was very good and resolved the issue
as I had photos
However please bear in mind the pattern on the panels do not match even if U use complete panels so U can see the join.
Also please bear in mind it is a single delivery driver b4 U order and goods will b left outside.
The reasonI gave a lower score was for the extremely high delivery charge. Regardless of how many panels U need same charge. I suggest U might want to over order as the delivery charge is only slightly more than each panel.

Just over 2 years ago we renewed our bathroom. Many of the items purchased were from the Bathcenter, Chesterfield.
We are delighted with the products we chose. Recently, we found a small crack in the wash basin. We contacted Barry, who immediately assured us he would sort out a replacement. Two days later, a replacement basin was ready for us to collect. Fabulous, friendly customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bathcenter to anyone, definitely our first choice.

Great price. Stated it was in stock but delivery was delayed two days. The good part was they informed me promptly and personally by phone that it would be late, with the option to cancel. I was happy to accept the delay.

Delivered on time and quality of bathroom was exceptional.

I ordered 5 shower-panels from Bathcenter which arrived in perfect condition and at the expected time. The delivery driver was excellent. The panels look even better than they do online.

Placed an order towards the end of February for two electric thermostats for my towel rails. I couldn’t get my builder in until yesterday when he told me they were the wrong ones, so I asked bathcentre if I could return them even though we were a couple of weeks outside their 30 day return window.

After requesting photos of the boxed items, Ameena replied with a short email denying the return due to it being outside the 30 days and offered no help, as if she couldn’t be bothered, that’s how it came across to me!

No offer of help considering the circumstances. Now I am stuck with two items I can’t use and they have lost the opportunity to resell two brand new items that will ultimately end up in the skip!

What an absolute load of nonsense - why does it even matter if it is two weeks outside the return window - I don’t understand their logic. Poor customer service to not even try to help.

Will not be using these clowns again.

Ordered basin towel rail valve combo. Did not arrive on time, basin missing, valves incorrect. Had to chase and chase for a replacement , valves arrived finally. Basin took longer faulty basin ! So delayed and cost for plumber again. Still awaiting basin. Told delivery today. Courier arrived to collect the basin ! Called office no replacement for another week ! Could not take basin as still fitted. I have three kids and need it ! Total mess with order , communication , delivery etc. I have sent yet another email as this is costing me money with cancelling plumbers etc. I require a full refund as this is clearly a faulty product and horrendous company to deal with. I will update review to keep you all informed until resolved.

I went into the store for advice. Was treated by a very nice lady. She worked out what I needed and how much it would cost. I went away to discuss colours with my wife. Went back the next afternoon. Explained our preferences. Placed the order. With a very knowledgeable young man. I Explained where to put the goods as we would be at work. I was given a time frame with a view to delivery on the Friday. All I can say is professional, honest service from both party's, everything like clockwork, delivery on the day and put in the place specified, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Guys you where brilliant. Long may it continue.

I recently purchased 4 bathroom panels from Bathcenter, however when they arrived they weren’t the correct colour as advertised. With my bathroom fitters due in just a few days, this was a pretty stressful situation.

I went back to Bathcenter to discuss it, and they completely agreed with my concerns. They handled it really well, offering a full refund and even giving me a small discount on the replacement panels, which were actually more expensive.

Ameena was the person I dealt with throughout and she was brilliant from start to finish, really responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. She made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

I’ve now received my refund and I’m also currently waiting on a PayPal refund for one of the replacement panels I didn’t end up needing. Everything has been handled smoothly.

Overall, they’ve been massively helpful and sorted everything I needed. My bathroom looks amazing now, and I can’t stress enough how good these guys have been….especially Ameena. She’s a star 👍

1st class service and delivery

It's always risky buying stuff like this online but the quality of all the products we bought (over £2000 worth) is superb.

Also, customer service have been fantastic and quick to respond to any queries I had (especially Ameena).

Highly recommend this company.

I honestly can’t fault BathCenter when it comes to ordering and delivery. The website is easy to use, the prices were very competitive, and the delivery was excellent and fast. From a purchasing point of view, everything felt smooth and professional.

Unfortunately, the products themselves have been a real disappointment, especially considering I paid for what was supposed to be one of the better options.

The Beaufort Biscay bath is out of shape. Once the legs were fitted and the bath levelled (as per instructions), the curved front corner sits out by around 4mm, even though it’s level along both walls. The bath panel supplied isn’t designed to be cut down in height, which makes this a big issue. This problem wouldn’t have been apparent until installation, yet the instructions state the bath cannot be returned once fitted, which feels very unfair.

On top of that, the bath waste supplied is not suitable for this bath. The bath itself is so thick that the waste thread simply isn’t long enough to tighten properly.

So while the ordering and delivery experience was excellent, the quality of the products, particularly for the price paid, has been extremely disappointing.

Excellent prices on a wide range of items, customer service top notch so far. Cannot wait to receive my items - I'll update then but am confident I will be pleased!

Waterproof shower panels. Delivery was a bit pricey but competitively priced panels and bad reviews of the other company made my choice. Through no fault of Bathcentre the package was damaged by the delivery company. A quick phone call told me not to accept it. I took photos also. Bathcentre quickly re sent a new order, going as far as to deliver it themselves. Perfect customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Communiciaton was fantastic. Item arrived and was packaged well. Fantastic service all around.
