Great product, price and service
Would definitely order from this company again. I had the bathroom sink for a very good price ( much cheaper than anywhere else for the exact same product) and it was delivered within a couple of days. Can’t fault the quality , price or service.

Not given 20 minutes to check our order for damage
The deliver driver was rude. He dumped the goods on the pallet on the pavement and drove off. We didn't get 20 minutes as stated to check the items for any damage.

There was 10 week wait for the mirror…
There was 10 week wait for the mirror we selected and they gave us the option of a refund, a different mirror or we could wait. We waited, the mirror came after 10 weeks, very good

Purchased bathroom mirror, arrived on time and was securely packaged. Very happy with initial appearance (Opulent Ultra Slim Round LED illuminated mirror 800mm) can’t yet comment on functionality as not yet installed.

Fantastic Customer Service!
The bath I ordered was of excellent quality and far better than that from another company which I had to return because it was so flimsy and didn't match the specifications on the website. The Trojan Eaton from bathroom Supastore is beautifully made and looks lovely too. James and Evan were so helpful and always at the end of the phone if I needed advice or help - in contrast to companies who only have chatbots! The delivery of the bath was smoothly organised and we love our new bath. Thank you Bathroom Supastore and James and Evan!
